I have had nothing but the best experiences at Refresh. Everyone I have encountered has been so warm and kind. Kiara is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, listens to what you need, and does a great job! I always feel amazing after a visit. Would absolutely recommend!

Booked a massage on short notice while in town for the day, and sooo glad I did. Lauren is incredible. Walked in with the tensest, sorest muscles, and walked out feeling better and more relaxed than I even thought possible. The lady at the front desk was lovely as well and the atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I've been to Refresh twice to book Liz for my waxing service because she is so good at it! Her personality and conversation put me at ease especially in delicate positions. ;) She is extremely professional, and I'm thrilled to have her in SJ. It was my first time here last week. I was in SO much pain from a flare up and booked closed to home. It was a great massage in a super cute building. I will definitely be back 😁

I received easily the worst facial I have ever received here. I do not feel comfortable sharing the esthetician as I believe she was doing her best but: There was a consistent use of cold towels to wipe off product It was incredibly loud throughout, both with the garbage opening and closing and her dragging her chair around There was leftover product all over my face that I had to clean off before leaving. My skin felt and looked dry and dehydrated when it was over. She was not communicative and would shine the light in my eyes without warning. At one point she massaged my feet and I did not hear her wash her hands before returning to my face. I did inform front desk before paying. I used to work at a salon and whenever guests had a negative experience we would provide some sort of discount to apologize for the inconvenience but I guess policies are different here. They were very unbelieving of everything that I told them but said they would let the esthetician know.

This is THE spot for relaxation and a great deep tissue massage. Their place is a vibe and you will feel relaxed as soon as you walk in.

I have been going to Refresh Wellness for many years. Also a very good experience. Zach Hunter is very professional and is an excellent massage therapist. He inquiries on what needs work and will make adjustments during each session.

I have had such great experiences here. Leah is an excellent massage therapist; she identifies the spots giving me pain and ones I didn't even know about! She works out the knots but without so much pressure that I tense. Leah is knowledgeable and answered my questions about different muscles so I could stretch them on my own after. She always asks questions and lets me know what she is doing, which makes it very relaxing. After my first hour-long massage, I made an appointment for an hour and half the next time.
