This was such a great spot to go on a date night. Great service and yummy food. We will be back!

Family friendly, pub style restaurant. I ordered the seafood chowder...which came piping hot and had a great flavour with full size shrimps and scallops, loads of white fish and clam pieces. My bf ordered the mushroom/mozzarella burger. Made with toppings he chose, handmade patties (not frozen disks), served with krinkle fries. Everything was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive.

My husband and I ate here today. I had the scallops they were cooked perfect! Sooo good. My husband had a hamburger and he also really enjoyed it. Service was very good. Would recommend!

Very yummy and good prices. They earn bonus points for their gravy. It's the best I've tasted from a restaurant. I had a burger (can't remember the name of it) and fries. The portions were generous. The burger had two patties and hot peppers and cheese and salsa. I had to take it apart to eat it as it was too tall to eat like a regular burger. The fries were crispy and not soggy. I will definitely go back.

Outstanding. Tried ECP&G for the first time the other day and was not disappointed. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I had the farmers' breakfast, and my wife had the fish cake breakfast. It was so good and the food was plentiful. Thanks so much. We will be back.

For those looking for a cheap meal with time to kill, this location offers a humble quality selection of mediocre to fairly prepared dishes. Dishes I've had such as the poutine was cold, cheese unmelted, the fries bagged from Superstore along with the canned gravy. Nachos were just Tostitos they sprinkled cheese on and nuked. Breakfasts are hit or miss, with their scrambled eggs at times far too wet and are sitting in a pool of water on my plate. However, the burger platters have always been satisfying and I will stop in from time to time for a cold beer and hot burger when I'm on that side of town.

Absolutely lovely place, it was our first time and we will most certainly be back.

Food was great with friendly staff. Music on Wednesday nights is a plus, not to mention really good. Atmosphere is both friendly and fun.

The pub is under renovations. They did do the best they could, but it still felt more cramped than usual. I had the tenderloin tips with mashed, absolutely delicious. Our server was prompt, and very friendly. The only thing that brought down the star rating was, the cutlery/utensil "rollups" are not wrapped so the cutlery is covered beyond the handle (the whole point of a rollup) and they were being carried around in our servers apron. I can guarantee you, the apron is washed about 3 times a year (if she cares). But the chance of less wash cycles throughout the year is highly likely. I ended up using my napkin and spray hand sanitizer to wash them off. Now, all that said, I have worked the industry and i understand that corners need to be cut to ensure speedy service, but there are better corners to cut. Food for thought though, maybe with these renos would be a good time to add yourself a server station or 2. A small little kiosk stand that you can store your cutlery, napkins, side plates, extra salt and pepper shakers, straws, etc. Anything that you need all the time and is always something being asked of from your tables. Place them in an area where staff walk by the most.... Be strategic! I still love this place for a nice treat once and a while, excited for the completion of renos.

Fish and chips, the fish was good, fries seemed like McCain frozen. Philly cheese steak was very tasty but needed more steak, the onion rings were excellent. Our server was amazing, very friendly and helpful with information about the area and places to visit during our trip.

Although the renovations are not yet finished, the food and the service here are great. We've been back a few times and tried a variety of dishes. We've had a few breakfasts here as well as a number of dinners. All were very good. The parking lot is always busy, so that speaks volumes.

Always a really neat old concert on the bar tv, and sports on the rest. Food is average but price is fair. Servers are attentive and friendly. Great spot to meet with some buds for suds or take someone for a meal out.

Breakfast was AWESOME. Try this place out for breakfast. Meet some nice people here and owner and staff are great.

Had to wait for 10 minutes for a table for 6. Plates are way too small for the food you get. Had to ask for another plate. Food was delicious. Had the fish cakes.

Quick service. Nice people food was reasonably priced and fantastic. I have the blooming onion and what every kind of sause that came with that amazing so good in fact I put it on my chicken burger. Will be back !

Our food was great for the price point. The bartender did a great job serving us while also juggling the customers at the bar. Friendly staff as well.

We went for breakfast with our woman's touch football team, a table of 10, Saturday morning. The service was fast and fantastic. The server was wonderful. She was very attentive and personable. The food was really good, hot and freshly made. I had the omelet, pan fries, and toast - those pan fries were some of the best I've had.

Worst breakfast I’ve had!! And it’s hard to mess up a breakfast!! When she came back to give us bill she never once asked if any issues as my plate was still full! Poor service and poor food!

I got the double bacon cheeseburger, fries with gravy, and mozza sticks as an appetizer. I loved it all so much. The burger was so filling that I could feel myself being full after eating half of it, but I ate the rest, even though the entire burger a was pretty much the size of my face. The mozza sticks were SO delicious. The batter was so good, crisp, and a thicker layer of batter than most restuarants seem to have. I could not finish my fries but I had a few of them and even loved the gravy. 10/10 The service was great, the servers were so kind and patient with my sister and I taking forever to order (it was our first time there). They really hyped up the bacon cheeseburger/the bacon cheeseburger poutine, which were the items we were already eyeballing. They were just so friendly and pleasant. 10/10. The only complaint was from my sister, she got the steak spice wings and the bacon cheeseburger poutine. I am not sure if I would call it a complaint though. She just did not find there was enough spice in the steak spice wings. She is a fan of spice though, and used to Montreal Steak Spice like we have at home. But overall, I think she really liked her food too. I would DEFINITELY recommend it to any one who wants to give it a try. And it seems very popular because there were lots of people in the pub in the time that we were there. The food was also not overpriced. I think the most expensive thing on the menu was the seafood platter, and that was $23. Everything I got with my sister came to a little over $60 and then I tipped 10%. So again. 10/10 reccomend, and 10/10 DEFINITELY will be visiting again! 😁

Came to the east coast from Ontario wanting genuine seafood. The Seafood Chowder delivered everything I could've asked for and more. Phenomenal experience, great hosts, no complaints from my whole party.
