I was here for lunch with my colleagues. The food came fast enough to beat 1 hour lunch break. The variety for lunch menu is good enough as well as the price and the portion. The parking is usually not a problem. There are plenty around the restaurant.

Food took forever. Cost $80 for two meals. Each soda water was $3.79. It would have cost $18 for the same meal at a&w and it would be better quality and would have taken 40 mins sooner. The server explained to me that the kitchen forgot about our chicken sandwices so they served us the poutine so it wouldn't get soggy. See photo attached. It was trash. Low quality low quantity.

Ordered 2 burgers and chicken sandwich online to take back to our Hotel. Both side of of fries were ridiculous. I’ve seen more fries in a Happy meal than this. Not impressed

Ordered Fully vegan food (plant based burger and pizza) but got Shrimp in my food. Worst experience of life. Thrown all food in garbage ask me for details if wanna come and pick it up from my garbage.

I have been to couple of Boston pizzas in Ontario and I was not a fan. But this experience changed everything. The ambiance was nice. Place was very neat and well managed. Staff was super friendly and polite. Shout out to Jennifer who served us with a great smile and demeanour. Have to try their buffalo cauliflower bites, was sooo goood! I also tried their tacos the veg version and way okay too. The chicken parmesan was fantastic. The angry cider won my heart. The overall experience was amazing.

The best service we've ever had from a fast food restaurant. Our server was very professional, patient and friendly. We will be back and I highly recommend to everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal. Nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy your meal.

I have been at Boston pizza several times but me and my friends had a rough time on January 24 night. The food was nice but we did not get good service. The behaviour of the server (probably Kourtney/ courtney)was very disappointing. Our order was not taken properly. Drinks were not served right, served wrong food and our overall experience was completely ruined. Me and my friend always recommend boston pizza but this experience has impacted the image to a great extent. I don’t appreciate this kind of behaviour at all. Please take actions accordingly.

I'm picky with my food quality, and picky with my service and I can say I always get the best at Boston Pizza in Saint John. If you're looking for a delicious starter then I suggest the Kick'n Onion Rings...oh man they're good. On my last visit I tried something I've NEVER tried before, but I'll definitely be getting again, and that's the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites....don't knock it til you've tried it! Wow! My sister actually cut it open because she didn't believe it was actually cauliflower. For my main meal I really love and recommend The Big Dipper. Soooo delicious! The grilled chicken Thai Wrap is also a fave. So many other things on the menu that I love, but I won't bore you with the details... Just go and see for yourself. Amazing and fast service, no waiting and the food is great. They don’t have vegan options but you can easily ask to remove the cheese. Try the mediterranean pizza and sweet potato fries! Hummus plate doesn’t really taste like hummus but it’s cool

Food pricing was good, food quality was also good+. Outside and foyer was clean and well presented, music and noise levels very adequate. On the cleanliness side, the table was dirty , not crumbs, sticky stuff. Waitress was 2/5 friendly, and abrupt. Satisfied with the chain, but not this location and experience.

All of the staff were extremely professional and courteous. It was super busy but we were seated and served in a timely matter. Friendly fun atmosphere. Food was good, wings were killer.

I visited Boston Pizza on a Friday evening, and it was crowded. I didn't make a reservation, so there was about a 25-minute wait for a table. I chose the bar side, so it was loud, but the ambiance was good. The service was good. I ordered my all-time favorite loaded nachos, and they were delicious, along with a fishbowl Blue Hawaii. I will recommend this place and visit again.

It was really loud for not lot of people. But we were on the bar side. In a booth so maybe it was also the multiple tvs plus.people competing for sound. The food was good. Not excellent. Not bad in anyway. The service was excellent. My waitress, I did not get her name. Was fantastic. Quick. Polite. And spoke to my son directly instead of expecting me to order for him. I loved that.

We did sit in the bar section. Great place to watch sports with a good supply of monitors. Music was good and honestly the sound system was nice. Okay the food It was good, and yeah I would go back. I had the thai bites and also a breaded chicken sandwich with the honey dill dressing on the side. I actually asked for and received a side of the Thai dressing and it was awesome. Our server was amazing and attentive and the staff seemed engaged with all the customers. It made the experience more comfortable and dare I say enjoyable. Great job by all the staff both in the front and in the back of the house.

I have been only there once years ago. My Freind invited me to go there. Awesome much improved. Loved my supper (spaghetti and meatballs). Will return

Enjoyed my deluxe pizza. My husband had the spaghetti and meat balls, which he also enjoyed. Our waitress was attentive. Prices were fair. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

BP is one of the go to places for pizza in Saint John. It's sometimes a hit and miss though. The last time we were there the bell pepper very too raw and big pieces while under cooked. ( This changed the taste a lot) But the service, ambiance and price are pretty good.

Ordered for the second time from door dash and my experience was less than satisfaction! Been ordering from Boston pizza for over 8 years! Excellent food and service! Ordered from door dash 2 times and the worst experience ever! Honestly not door dashes fault! The company I believe is trying to ruin door dash! Other wise I would receive the same quality! Sham sham

BP in Saint John is always a good experience for dining with our family of 4 (kids ages 6 to 8). The food is consistent for a chain restaurant, the service is friendly, and the dining environment is clean and comfortable. Best of all are the kids cards (available in store or online from Aug to Oct for a $5 donation), which allow you to get up to 6 free kids meals with purchase. BP is our go-to spot for an eat-out family treat.

Me and my boy went and had a wonderful supper! I had the Smoked gouda & poblano pepper ravioli and my boy had the kids super spaghetti and fries. We also ordered a garlic finger to share. My pasta was such a hit he was dipping the fingers in my pasta sauce. Super tasty and our waitress (Eleanor?) Was very upbeat and not only interacted but engaged in conversation with Brennan which made him super happy! Overall I'd say 10/10... We'll be back!

Delicious Hot Fresh food. Taste is everytime best. Had Memphis burger and tropical chicken pizza with Memphis sauce drizzle on pizza and it is always perfect with Yam Fries ❤️And always we get a great customer service ✅

This Boston Pizza has amazing servers. Jasmine is sweet and engaging with our children. Food is perfectly cooked. Love going to a place when you know the kids will eat it all. Keep up the good work.

The food was delicious, lunch menu is great, the service was good but the restaurant didn’t seem to be all that clean. Sitting down at our table there was a smell, like when you wipe a counter with an old dish cloth. The floors to the washroom and the washroom floors were so sticky to walk on, like they were wiped with and old mop and dirty water. Dealing with covid, it just seemed like there should be a fresher smell, that of a cleaner or sanitizer. Otherwise a great experience.

It's a highly recommended place to have appetizers and beers. They have happy hours everyday after 9 pm on food and beverages. They are open till 1 sometimes. Staff is so nice and friendly.

Went to Boston Pizza for a family diner and couldn’t ask for a better experience, food was amazing and arrived quickly. Servers and bartenders were fantastic. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for more!!
