Absolutely the worst drive-thru in Saint John! Takes forever to get through the drive-thru, weather it's empty or full. 80% of the time, your order is wrong...it doesn't matter what you order.....they're going to find a way of screwing it up! It's time to stop ordering from there for me!!

Solid food option, not my favourite overall but still a nice place to eat

Wasn't busy at all when I went there.

The baconator is beautiful meat monstrosity... If you're starving for meat, look no further.

Had a good burger and fries 🍟 from here.

Make your choices on what you want to take out or eat in. Good location to hang out with friends.

Been there a few times... OK service and OK food. But lately, more "errors" on invoice... items missing from the bag ... all nice and apologising but only lip service... avoid if you can ... check your order before leaving (once you've left if something is missing sorry they won't help!)

Always busy, wish they had a better lineup ordering system, people standing all over don't know where line is, bust staff is friendly and food is good.

We have been told closing time is 10 pm at this location however it appears they need to start the nightly clean up in excess of 2 hours before time. It does not make for an enjoyable experience to have mops, buckets and even shop vacs going while you are eating. To say nothing of sitting amongst chairs flipped up on tables for the night. I am writing this at 8:05 pm...10 minutes since we sat down at our table. For the first time I actually asked the the employee to refrain from mopping around us while we were eating. She said she has to mop a couple times tonight because people complain when the floors are messy. I am posting a picture of the floor which to me doesn't appear to need cleaning at this time. I have never posted anything like this before but since this is a recurring thing here it has really become quite frustrating.

Tonight in the drive thru to get a frostie, there was a long wait. The girl that took the payment was slow and not friendly at all. When I said, Thank you, she never answered. So much for customer service.

Do not go here for breakfast! Even when you are the only car in line you will wait at least 10 minutes for your food. Today I waited over 20 minutes for one item. I mentioned to the employee at the window that they should give people a heads up when the food will take that long and he just shrugged his shoulders and said ‘Nothing I can do about it.’ Not even an apology. Not a good location to go to if you want quick service or friendly staff!

Service was fast food was hot I have no complaint I will return again

The breakfast sandwiches were excellent. The wedges were incredible and the vanilla frostycino was amazing. The large one was too large for me but very tasty.

This location is extremely slow and most times I've visited the staff seems very disorganized. If you are just trying to grab a quick lunch on your lunch break I wouldn't recommend ordering from here, chances are you will be late getting back to work.

Really 2 issues... floor behind the counter had multiple spills on it that nobody bothered to clean up the whole time I was at the counter. 2nd... I ordered the sausage breakfast croissant that was on sale for $1.99. The croissant was cold, the sausage was burnt to the point of crispy. Even at the sale price it wasn't worth it, no way I would buy again at more than $4.

The food was not very hot but tasty nevertheless.

I have never experienced that perfect beef that's in a burger until Wendy's..the service at the window are very polite

Mainly come here for SkipTheDishes orders, at least they're faster than McDonalds. Food is also good quality.

Probably eat here more than we should. It's always a nice treat. I do with the Frosty's were colder coming out the window :)

Have never been a regular Wendy's customer but am really quite enjoying the occasional visit now. Our food is always very hot and the fries are hit and crispy. Chicken is great.

Good was made like it was there first time making anything and service just awful had to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru while they just talked and laughed

It's a Wendy's. Some of the front facing employees could be more engaged with the customers. This is due to a lack of training and I have noticed this at several drive through places.
