Food was awful, put together bad like it was quickly done with no care and salty gross ...I ordered onion rings instead of fries the burger was gross the onions rings were like eating tablespoon of salt .....

Food is great, but the dude running the counter has issues. Needs to slow the hell down when talking, and ask questions in an order that makes sense. When ordering a combo, I usually don't expect to be told about the receipt and straws, then asked if I want fries. It's a combo, and they were out of rings. What else was I having? In the end I didn't care, just wanted my food and to go. Wife decided not to order, I debated on cancelling mine. By word in the mall, a lot of folks don't like to order while he is working. Sorry.

Ordered FRESH beyond meat burger, they asked me there was one made 2 minutes ago, i said sorry i need a fresh i can wait. They said they will make it . But looks like they gave me same patty grilled little more. The beyond meat burger makes real difference when its really fresh and warm. This is the second time I experienced this from this location, once they serve me i dont return my food unless its bad to eat, but i ask them fresh so i get satisfied. Even this time i didnt return my food as its still edible. But doesnt feel fresh and i will try not to come to this location again.

Food was great, atmosphere was great, super cold...if dining in, you will need a sweater.

Getting a little sketchy in there. Owners need to do a little bit of renovation. Staff is awesome. Really nice ladies.

It was a good A&W, kind of the usual stuff but the quality was good and they made the right food I ordered so it would be worth the stop if you are in the mood for daddy food.

Burgers were old and buns were burnt. 1 the fries was hot, the other 1 cold. Best part was root beer.

Food here is great. That isn't the issue. The issue is the unfriendly staff. You are made to feel like you are putting them out when they take your order. Long wait times for the staff to even acknowledge you, and they aren't busy. Weekday morning staff is the worst. Too bad because the food is good.

The restaurant is discussing dirty chairs have broken legs the wall is smashed in. The bathroom toilet seat isn’t even attached. The food was disgusting. Dry cold burger French fries not cooked and cold. The plastic cups leak. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any A&W. Never again. You Should be ashamed of yourself for letting your business be so disgusting. Sincerely grossed out!!!! S Howard

Went here and ordered the mama burger combo. Food was good, onion rings a bit salty. Service was good but one staff member was visibly on drugs (high) taking orders, not very professional. The lady who did take my order was polite and prompt the restaurant inside was clean, our table could have used a wipe down but otherwise would recommend if you feel like having A&W.

Dirty, saw staff reaching up shirt scratching stomach and playing on a dirty phone....not up to the standards i would expect l. Steer clear.

Best burgers ever! Mozza is number 1 in my list.

Amazing service, very knowledgeable staff. When I said I had not been to an A&W in a long time the man behind the counter explained how the system worked including value deals and most popular items on the menu. As I writing this he told me that if I don’t enjoy anything to let him know as he wanted my first experience back to be top notch. Well wrapped lettuce mozza burger !

Love it! A & W, wish we had one in the states! Pouting burgers and chicken sandwich were all amazing and couldn't get enough of the root beer, good job all!

I got the beyond meat burger, every time I’ve gone here, it’s always more expensive then the other A&W’s and the burger is pretty well burnt aswell as the bun. Just a terrible experience compared to the one in kv in my opinion.

This A&W is usually my go to but tonight you’re customer service was so bad and the food might have been the worst I’ve ever had from an A&W. I ordered a teen burger combo with a poutine and then 2 buddy burgers along with 2 drinks and it took 25 minutes in the drive thru along with that the employee was very miserable and rude and then when I went to eat my poutine you should have just called it a fries with cheese curds because that’s all there was.

Everything is fine. At least they try to have less antibiotics and all of that bad agriculture practice. It's not cheap..but oh boy i love the burger. I just can't give 4 stars to any fast food chain..but they would be the first for me.

Good staff at this location, A&W feels like the future of fast food. Amazing taste, high quality ingredients and options for everyone. Fast food chains like Wendy’s are just a different flavour of McDonalds, A&W actually goes against the grain and innovates. It makes it the best fast-food place in my opinion

Foods always great! Just tried breakfast for the first time and it's definitely one of the best fast food places to get breakfast for cheap 🥞🍳🥓
