I've never had such bad experience with fast food in my life! I came through the drive through the ladie on the speaker was so rude and full of attitude and was very snapy with me and my wife. Then she told me to pull ahead to wait for my food and slam the window on my face. She also had her hair all over the place pretty much all down witch I do not find very sanitary. And she also had no hat on and was wearing a sweater she was not a good role model for the younger people working. This is not a good representative of arbys at all.

Great service. Mel, our young server, did a great job! Great service Mel! Also Orange cream shake was to die for! Mozzarella Sticks, better than any I've ever had at fast food.

I had the meat mountain. It was a mistake. It was like 20 layers of room temp cold cuts stacked on a chicken tender that tasted like a grocery store nugget cooked in the microwave from frozen. No sauce present -- the sandwich was BONE dry. I can't explain why but eating this meal felt like a sin. The protein and salt went straight to my bloodstream and I was pouring sweat for about an hour. The meats fell like a solid tungsten anchor into the abyss of my gut, never agin to be seen by mortal man. The Arby's meat mountain put me up 5 pounds and set me back at least 2 years spiritually; I may never fully recover from this incident. Curly fries were mid. The service was very good, the staff were friendly and kind.

Found hair and lint in my sliders (Really easy to see on the white cheese) And my roast beef sandwich was wrapped inside out and the red dye got warm and stained the beef a bright red (Looked just like sauce but didn’t taste like it)

Currently waiting inside for 2 meals only. 17 minutes and nothing happening except young guys laughing behind the counter. At least 6 crew members. No customer inside or at the drive. Professionalism is gone here if it even existed. Disaster. Update : finally got it after 21 min. The burgers were waiting behind them, had to come to the counter to ask for it and she laughed at me. Had a cold meal. Great !

This was my first Arby's experience and I gotta say I was very impressed. The cashier probably wasn't pleased to see us so late but she made our experience second to none. The food was hot and tasted great. They had all their covid safety devices in place and asked for our vaxx info. We definitely rang the bell on the way out. I can't wait to come back and try another menu item. Keep up the good work.

Arby's is the most underrated restaurant. It is POG. I don't understand why everyone isn't visiting DAILY. Have you not seen their menu in a couple years? Everything is GOD TIER! Everything. Bring your mom this Christmas. She will not be disappointed.

I honestly sat on this for too long, but my hubby went there about a month ago and they had no roast beef. None. How does this happen? It’s what y’all are known for. Sadly I think this was it for us and we won’t do take out as these things seem to be happening all the time. I’m sure it’s from poor training or management as someone who works in customer service.

Had your buger. Love your beef and cheddar, but the burger wasn't as good. The service was excellent. Very friendly staff

I have got few sliders they were absolutely delicious the server was very patient with me because I was not sure what I wanted but overall the jalapeno slider buffalo chicken and roast beef was delicious definitely will be coming back here again when I am in St John

The staff are super friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself is super clean. However, with that said... I'd only ever eat this if i was absolutely starving and even at that, I'd puke it up and have to eat it again just to make sure something's in my tummy, and EVEN AT THAT, it would taste the exact same.

Asked for a double got quarter sandwich. , do not go there much so don't know what the sandwiches are supposed to look like .pointed to the sign and asked for a double that's on the wall beside the cash thought I was supposed to get a QR code with it so I asked at the end of my meal and i was told Oh I thought you wanted a quarter then another employee did not hold the door open for my grandmother that has a hard time walking. access for people that have a hard time walking not very good spot to visit parking in back

First time eating Arby's in years. The food was all really good and hot definitely exceeded our expectations.

Never had a gyro before until I tried on here. I loved it! Same as their loaded curly fries omgggg! Must try!

Always stop at Arby's Saint John when we go into the city. A location in St.Stephen would be great on King Street (a lot of traffic)

They were very pleasant but very slow...not sure if it had any bearing on their Christmas party that evening or not, but we were sitting in the drive thru for quite a long time waiting to order, and then for our food.

Came to this location a couple times usually go through the drive-thru the last time I came was a couple weeks ago and was served by a girl named Brooke who was so ignorant and unprofessional. I did not end up ordering my food due to her , I went to pay by debit and she handed it me so fast that my phone wouldn't tap she kept demanding that I put my card in , I kept telling her I do not have a card on me , I only have my phone can you please reset it , she ignored me she kept turning around and talking to the other girls that she was working with . I end up saying forget it you are treating me very badly and I drove away. I have been going to Arby's locations all across Canada as I'm new to St John for over 40 years and have never been treated this way and this is the second time I was to this location and treated this way by this girl named Brooke. I've actually been thinking about contacting the head office over this. My recommendations would be to get Brooke off of drive-thru she is very unprofessional and I would not want her representing my company and losing money .

For a fast food restaurant, it was very quaint and the staff was super friendly. Food was awesome. Would be great if Prince Edward Island had an Arby's for a different take on fast food.

I don't care if others have a certain perception about Arby's. Whenever I'm in Saint John, I will *always* make a pitstop here. Besides the classic Beef n Cheddars with the amazing onion buns and Arby's sauce the Jamocha milkshakes, and the loaded curly fries, the sliders are always delicious, and the deluxe baked potatoes are the best damn potatoes out there (though I still miss the mushroom mozzarella baked potatoes from years ago). Arby's is always the right choice for fast food. Change my mind.

I was not crazy about thier Chicken Sandwich but I am a fussy eater. STAFF WAS GREAT. I like they have charging stations at each table .

It was very good. The girl that took our order was awesome and very pleasant. They were very quick and food was good.

Excellent service the roast beef and cheader is the best sandwich I have had in awhile ! Now if we could just get an arbys in oromocto I'd be there full time !!! No joke serious guys great food

Arby's has been my 1st choice since it opened here and I probably visit around 50 times a year. However Saturday June 6, 2022 was the worst. One of the girls up front constantly twirled her hair which was gross. After a while I thought I should nicely let her know. So I told her she shouldn't be playing with her hair around food. She said sorry but instead of washing her hands she went and boxed fries.while whispering to her co-workers about me. Then I get the order, poutine is curly fries so I tell the girl that's not what my mom wanted, she said o would have had to tell her that when I ordered them. Weird, never had to before we have ALWAYS been asked. But she didn't seem to want to do anything about it so my mom ate it. She said it was the worse poutine she had ever had and the curly fries were burnt. I had to go back up to the counter 3 times for stuff that didn't get put on the tray. Appears to be a good time to take a break from Arby's sadly.

I have been to this location several times. I have brought friends(so, recommended). Each time different friends were pleasantly surprised by the food. The service was very good as well. Prices are slightly high for fast food but worth it.

Very disappointed with our lunch today. Not one table in the place was clean. With covid still rapid you would think having the tables cleaned would be important. Watched after someone left and no one can over to clean that table. Every one was just standing talking behind the counter. I have been in through the week to have lunch and Alexis is always cleaning. Also roast beef sandwiches were cold.

If I could give this experience 0 stars, I would. It started with waiting for a couple of minutes for the cashier to come out to the cash register after I could see her texting in the back. Eventually she comes out front, sees us and then acts like she saw a ghost. Imagine being surprised that your store gets customers?!? Just a disappointing experience. Then to get my "curly fries" which was maybe 4 actual curly fries and the rest just being broken bits. Unfortunate. I will never return to this location.
