Extraordinary
hotel!
Traveling
for
sad
reasons
(visiting
my
ailing
mother
in
hospital)
the
staff
made
us
feel
like
we
were
home.
They
were
incredibly
warm
and
accommodating:
Sarah,
Erik,
Tabitha,
Heather,
Ann-Marie,
Linette,
and
all
front
desk
staff
were
ready
and
happy
to
help
us
with
whatever
we
needed,
including
providing
a
microwave
for
our
room,
a
water
jug
with
ice
in
the
middle
of
the
night
and
a
late
check-out
to
help
take
the
pressure
off
a
bad
day.
The
staff
are
so
friendly,
I
don't
know
if
I
would
have
noticed
anything
negative,
they're
just
too
good.
We
had
a
good
rate,
and
were
upgraded
to
the
hospital
rate
so
even
the
value
was
great.
The
rooms
are
beautifully
appointed,
the
beds
and
pillows
the
comfiest.
The
breakfast/lounge
is
perfect
for
the
daily
hot
breakfast
served
by
the
amazing
Trudy,
and
her
team,
and
is
a
great
space
to
eat
take
out
with
an
adult
beverage
served
by
Michaela
of
the
front
desk
staff.
The
lobby/lounge
is
super
comfortable
and
frequently
populated
with
recent
immigrants,
everyone
treated
with
courtesy
and
respect.
Everywhere
is
spotless
-
housekeeping
and
maintenance
are
super
responsive.
Finally,
the
little
snack
market
was
well
equipped
with
anything
you
might
need
and
if
it
weren't,
I
think
the
staff
would
source
it
elsewhere
just
to
keep
the
client.
Will
absolutely
return.
