The stores are fine and good to have a library outlet. The recent renovation moved the bus stop from right next to the mall entrance to the furthest point out on the property. Its now no a freezing cold windy corner of the parking lot 1/2 km from the mall entrance. People are expected to wander through parking and driving lanes to reach it. The reason given for the move was they rented to Planet Fitness who wanted parking right at their doorway. Extremely poor decision.

Other than the anchor stores Wal-Mart, No Frills, and a few other retailers, this is a Dead Mall. There are virtually no inside tenants remaining.

Shed a tear for the city's first indoor mall. How the stores survive is beyond comprehension. I had a sinking feeling about the Mall 14 years ago when we were told the Supervalu would become a Superstore. They never expanded, they just rebranded. When Sobeys built their new store, rather than compete, it became a No Frill. Mall is now cut in half by a gym.

The stores they have there are good. They just need more than the few they do. My biggest issue is that they moved the bus stop. As a bus user and now fairly recently disabled individual it is a challenge enough to get from one part of the parking lot to the other in the summer let alone the winter with all it's added pitfalls on an incline to boot. I will not be surprised if an injury happens this winter. I really hope it doesn't. It seems as if they are trying to eliminate elderly clientele from visiting their shopping mall.

This mall is a disaster! Business in and out like you change your drawers. You used to be able to walk through the mall and get your stuff done, now they have you walking all around outside. Should be fun in the winter. The parking lot is chopped up as well. Whatever it is, they need to stop and start over, again! Even the Coffee Mill is gone after some 40yrs.

Really has taken a major nosedive in the past 20 years. The addition of a fitness gymn cutting off indoor access to BMO bank and closure of a VERY popular spot (The Coffee Mill) has totally transformed the Mall into a far less desirable place to visit. Relocation of the Library was the most positive action taken by management. Sure wish it had more to offer. Washrooms are kept clean there.

I was working, not shopping. I can't really comment on the place since I don't like Saint John at all. Something positive; Saint John is my favorite sight in a rear view mirror.

I grew up with this mall from k Mart to zellars to Walmart I loved the Halloween night store to store trick or treating with a horror house . I used to live seeing the pictures being made in the super store and when the Movie theater was in there. Now it seems chop shopped lay out.

Watch Walmart price scans. 2 different items that were 2 for $15 and 2 for $7 scanned through at regular prices without the discount applied.

Went to Walmart for passport photos. Quick, easy. Went to passport agency and they said photos are borderline. Forehead shinny spot and shadow behind head. Not sure might have to be redone. 😔

Most of the stores are closed. It's a good thing they have Walmart because St John doesn't have much for stores.

Quiet, nostalgic mall. These malls used 2b pretty busy when I was younger they had pet stores & places 2 eat, lots of people shopping but now it's mostly vacant except for Walmart. I like these indoor malls as opposed 2 strip malls where u hv 2 go outside to get to the next store but most of the stores here are actually ones you have to go outside for like the dollarama. It's like Parkway mall over East. Always has very nice xmas decor at xmas time. Not much else to say. Theres a Northern reflections and Family Plus... mcd's in the same parking lot... bus stop...

Planet fitness, Walmart, no frills and food options. Not a bad area to get food or a workout

It has many empty spots. You have to be careful with parking as there's many construction areas

Wasn't happy when they took the dollar store out if there, but now I see they're making a bigger one in a different location, but still in the mall! Has an entrance to Walmart on one side and no frills on the other side, clean public washroom, a library, a smoke shop, a couple clothing stores with great prices, a hearing clinic, where they're more than helpful! A bank, and soon a new, larger dollar store! No need to leave the west side!! All your needs in one location!

Not really a mall anymore, very small with only a few things. Would be better if they had more stores you could shop from.

its not as full as it once was for shops but it's still a friendly place to visit if your looking for something. Staff are very willing to help you find what you need or if they don't have it they go that extra mile to find someone who might.

Beautiful old mall♡ wish they would add more stores inside wifi, got TV waiting/resting spot by the entrance. Stunning art on the walls in the mall.
