For my upper back issues, Dr. Armstrong started with a very detailed medical history, followed by a thorough physical exam in order to ascertain the proper chiropractic manipulation for optimum results. After the first session, I felt immediate relief and this, combined with the at-home exercises that I was shown, have had noticeable results!

I suffer from chronic back issues and have been going to Core for about two months. The Core team, from chiro to massage, has be top notch. I've worked with similar PT/Chiro groups before that offered relief, but they didn't address the ongoing issues and followup with preventative measures for a long term solution. Core did this. I initially walked away from the sessions in more pain, which doesn't sound positive, but it's actually part of the process. They're using approaches that have been working. I now have techniques that fixed the issues and help me remain pain free. My quality of life is definitely better, that's for sure. THANKS!!

Having no prior experience with a chiropractor, I was relatively nervous upon my first visit. The entire staff at CORE that I’ve had encounters with have been phenomenal, extremely welcoming and friendly. Corey consistently ensures I understand the rationale behind what he’s doing, and makes sure that it’s explained in a way that not only helps me understand, but makes me feel comfortable to ask questions if I’m uncertain. I always leave with the proper tools to assist with any discomfort I may experience, and I can honestly say there has been a drastic improvement in my mobility and overall health since I’ve started going.

I have been to see Sarah at CHG several times now for a sports injury. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I had acupuncture and was given exercises to do as well. I am very happy with my progress . Parking is never an issue either as there is a convenient parking lot right next door.

Unlike other Chiropractors. My experience with Core Health Group was tailored to me and my goals. They truly listened to my changing needs and adjusted my treatment as required. It wasn’t about getting a 15 minute back crack. We did that, but focused on a holistic approach with time spent in the gym together and take home exercises. I came in as a runner with nagging problems and a big goal for the year. We got rid of my problems and I crushed my goal. I left smarter and more in tune with my body. Did I mention they are super friendly?!

Holly is fantastic! She’s professional, funny and is either explaining what she is doing or how the treatment will help you in the long-run. I have a physically demanding job and was pretty broken when I went in, could barely move my neck. After the first treatment I could move my neck again and after the second treatment I felt completely back to normal.
