went in on an extremely hot day in saint john, and was told to cover up my body, never been told this before as i'm not big chested nor do i have anything wrong showing, this employee also couldnt even say it to my face without running out back to hide after making me feel bad about my body and the way i'm dressed in a hot summer day, i've been to much finer establishments than a small subway you can barely it in, wearing the same or less and they understood that it's my body and i can wear what i want, i have shoes on, i'm wearing a shirt, i'm wearing pants, tell me where you have any right to tell me to cover up, ps there won't be a next time cause i'm not coming back

As a vegetarian I can be quite particular with what’s in my lunch, (plus I have severe OCD w/Comorbid ADHD ) - it is SO helpful to be able to control the amount of each item I need on the sandwich and when. For example- the juice from tomatoes make the bread soggy AND I can’t have that juice running down over my wrist and all the way to my elbow - SOoo I ask for 1 slice- cut in half or smaller pieces -(same with 1 pc each of green pepper, banana pepper, and red onion.) Also, I like different types of cheeses but NOT all piled up in the same spot. I always need to ask that they put the extra cheese on the other side of the bread, so the veggies are sandwiched between cheese, which also helps keep the bread dry. The staff at this particular location were absolutely incredible. I not once ever felt a vibe like as if I’m being a pain and words cannot express how truly thankful I am. If My brain had no cognitive impairment - I know I would be able to name each of the kind people who’ve been making my work breaks something to look forward to. Particularly the wonderful woman who works during the daytime- she always takes care to offer the little things I usually forget like ketchup for hash browns or a fork for your cinnamon rolls. She always has a way of making me feel fantastic about myself lol. And there’s an exceptional gentleman works in the evenings- I originally thought he was Asian, but he might be Hispanic? He doesn’t say much with words but through every other way I can feel the respect he has and that sense of pride in taking care of each fine detail WITH Speed and accuracy AND A kind SMILE. And he alwa ya remembers me! So does she! They both should get double raises! A note for subway- PLEASE !! More variety with those cookies!! Not fun to eat there every day when your choices are always 3 kinds with chocolate and one kind without. M&Ms I understand are different than Chocolate chunks-but it’s the same cookie. Macadamia nuts are the bomb but white choc-(it is NOT CHOCOLATE,it’s solidified cream & sugar-)it gets gross pretty quick - same with the triple chocolate. They don’t need more chocolate- the cookie dough is the chocolate! They will be so much better with either peanut butter-chips or butterscotch chips (as in chocolate chips or “chipets”) caramel and toffee with nuts and dried cranberries!! C’mon guys ur killin me with the same cookies - I want the dozen but I can’t do it anymore 🥲 OMG AND OATMEAL COOKIES DO NOT ALWAYS NEED TO HAVE JUST RAISINS. They’re two, three or four of the same dough already, why not try a bit of variety with the oatmeal? Oatmeal chocolate chip are the best cookies in the universe!! Leave in the raisins and add some chocolate chips, a few sunflower seeds or walnuts, macadamias or pecans - anything for a crunch besides a candy coating. Ok 👌 I feel much better now. Thanks.

Went and ate and they closed the bathroom before closing time and employee was very rude

My order was done 30 minutes earlier than I specified, My drink was wrapped up with my sub.Didnt help either. Normally my experience is better.Put a damper on my day out with my granddaughters.

I have frequented this establishment many times but one singular employee's customer service was so terrible it has ruined the experience completely for me and makes me never want to eat here again. This person rudely told me and 2 friends had to order or get out before we even got to sit down, I told him I was going to order but I still need time to figure out what I wanted, not even 2 minutes later he said the exact same thing to us. I order and payed for my food. the guy then still told my friends they had to order or leave. We tried to explain that I was the only one who wanted food and that we wouldn't be long but the guy told them that they had to leave. My friend was going to order but he changed his mind because he was so rude! Lesson learned never to go subway with friends! At that time I lost interest in my food and left my food there.

Employee refused to toast just the egg and bacon and insisted the bun needed to be toasted as well. I gave up on arguing

We went there for veggies subway and rice bowl, the lady was good but she is using the same gloves for everything :(

Everything was great with the exception that they have a sign posted, stating that patrons have a 45 minute time limit to eat. I paid money here, I should be able to spend as much time here as I want? What if I'm a slow eater? The staff was superb but the cheapness on display really tanked the rating.

I just called as on of my subs was not in the bag the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. Waiting to hear from the manager even though I asked to stay on the line until they are ready.

I guess my own fault of ordering this, egg and sausage sidekick. This was pretty bad!!! Egg was watery, sausage tasted old, bread was meh.. I really do not recommend this, I felt like throwing up after I had two bites! Couldn’t even finish it.

The place is really clean and kind. Also the store music is wonderful.in addition, I like their soda machine! Lastly if you visit here in lobster season, you can order real lobster subway sandwiches.

This are the only ones not adding sides in the sub. All other subways do that.

You can’t go wrong with Subway except if you use leftover bread from last night. So I went to get a sub around 9:30am and when I started to eat it, the bread was very chewy. Not enjoyable.
