First few times in was a great experience. Last three interactions were poor. Bought a vape, needed parts for it, asked them to order, it's been over 2 weeks and they still have not bothered to order. I was told the owner/manager was away for a month or so. The attitude of the employee I dealt with was incredibly unprofessional. I would not employ someone who spoke about their employer like that. I have since gone somewhere else, and will not return.

Bought a glass pipe, it had a crack hidden by a sticker that they placed on it. When i got home, took the price tag off it was cracked, so I brought it back. I was told they dont WARRANTY anything once its payed for. STAY AWAY if you enjoy buying things that work with your money

The employee told me "the owner buys knockoffs directly from China so there is no WARRANTY on any products, because the owner cant exchange the item, you dont get to exchange it." My best advice is stay away, there are Nigerian Princes who have better morals than this shop.

Got a bong for Christmas with a receipt, it had a small flaw so I wanted to exchange it, was told once anything leaves the shop it's not under warranty any more. Best advice is stay away if you're spending any money you worked hard for because they don't care.

Bought a 60$ product there and it didnt work went to take it back less than an hr later and they wouldnt even exchange. Terrible customer service. I will never go back

Horrible store with extremely horrible customer service definitely will not be spending money in here again. I also was not given a receipt and was not told all sales are final and when I called the manager said I don’t see anything wrong and hung up

Best prices on cigarettes in the city (that I am aware of), great customer service, but do your research before buying vaping materials or glassware as you can find much better deals and return policies at several other places nearby. I do highly recommend this shop for cigarette purchases.

Every time I come they are not here BRB every single time it would be great store if the people who worked it was there from open till close very unprofessional
