    What do you expect from village people and their spawn, ignorants managing children. The customer service isn't 'bad', just doesn't exist. They will verbally attack you without even asking you what's going on, they think they are the royal guard over here. Absolute shambles of a store.

    Food is good but absolutely disgusting inside. All garbage cans were overflowing, tables were filthy, there was food on the floor (every wear you walked, you were stepping on something) and every high chair was so dirty, I couldn't use one for my 2 year old. I'll never eat inside again.

    We've run into a situation where we got a hamburger with no burger in it which was disappointing as we live about 20 minutes away and couldn't go back to replace it,now we check every time before we leave for the burger patties. I've also had times when I asked for extra pickles and get extra onions which is a completely different experience...more often than not the drink station also has so much pop/juice all over it that you can't put anything down while you get your drink.

    I ordered a Bacon Deluxe McCrispy meal with bottled water for over $14.00 expecting to get a fairly good meal like the first one I ordered a week ago ( with the exception of the green rock hard tomato slice ) Only to receive soggy fries, and a McCrispy ( no bacon deluxe ) and unfortunately, by the time I discovered this, I was too far away to return. The drive through was not busy at the time, only 3 cars in the lineup. No excuse for this

    The service was terrible. The morning crew is the best. Most don’t know how to use the cash. Waiting 15 minutes or more for 2 cups of coffee in the afternoon is terrible. Saturday morning the line up was really long and people were leaving. One Saturday night we were there and the store was a mess, the garbage cans were over flowing and there was garbage on a lot of the tables not very inviting.

    There's nothing much to talk about food, it's almost all the same . Wow, the energy of the staff is top class. Unlike the other place in 399 main street, the energy here is totally different, Happy , smiling and VERY ATTENTIVE STAFF. The staff here gives importance to DINE in customers rather than SERVING ONLY DRIVE Through Cx (Am so vexed up and frustrated with 399 place , this place felt like all the staff is catering just me)

    What a fantastic service! Lady in the dinner room was so helpful and so welcoming! Thank you for the such a huge help with the order for my friends with bot a perfect English. You was amazing! And made their 1st day in Saint John so nice and kind!

    Went to McDonald's food was good up size the fries. Than went to eat open the bag up med size fries instead. My dog like McDonald's little bit of hamburger and bacon he's happy 😊

    Burnt my friend's chicken burger, and no condiments on my mcdouble. Staff would not hand over our receipt, we had to take it because their hands were "dirty." The seating area was filthy and had not been cleaned in hours. I recommend you stick to the downtown locations or the one by Magnetic Hill.

    I'd give the serve two stars if it wasn't for Lisa who helped us with the high chair. We used the machine to order one, and a person for the second. it took forever. 10/10 unimpressed. We had breakfast and a lunch happy meal

    Staff were indifferent to the point of being unfriendly. They told us to sit at a table with a number plate to identify us. We sat so the staff had to pass us as they came to the lobby ! She walked past us to go outside and ask three cars waiting in the drive thru if it was their's before she came back and found us. Now the food was cold ! We ate it anyway.

    These guys i ask for a junior chicken add on thai sauce, they gave me burgers with just thai sauce no mayo on it. I asked for poutine its out of stock , wrap and apple pie also same out of stock. Seriously 😒

    Had eaten at McDonald's in 3 years since I moved out of the city and noticed the egg McMuffin has gotten considerably smaller than the last time I had one, and for reason or another it seemed to be lacking the taste the old one had. Could just be me. But if it's another 3 years before I eat there, I won't lose any sleep over it.

    Sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes without having our order taken and told us to wait I get it it’s 12pm but they are open take orders and serve people.. this is absolutely wrong and not what you do in the food industry

    Service can be a little slow here. Not sure why. When it is not busy, they are as expected; very fast. When you get busy, it seems they don't have that extra gear to keep up.

    Took several times to get full order and all they kept saying was sorry. Sometimes my time going thru drive thru is more valuable. Especially in a rush

    Fairly cleanly, busy but functioning. Didn't seem to have any issues with the orders. They have order kiosks here as well as a Drive Thru. 24 hours too. Quite a decent sized seating area as well as a self-serve drink machine. I tried the Fish n Chips since I'm not from here and it's unique for McDonalds - not too bad. The 2 pieces you get are the size of about 4 McNuggets. It's not fishy and the texture is good (but again, I'm not from here and I've had better and larger portions at family run Fish n Chips places). You should get 2 large Tarter Sauces which do have that signature McDonalds pickle flavour to them (like the Mac Sauce). I'm not sure if the price is expensive or not. $8 for it - seems decent if you want quick Fish.

    Greedy owner. Upsizing fries from a regular one that you get with a combo to a large one which is only a handful of fries for an additional $1.70 is outrageous and taking advantage of the consumer. At many other McDonald's restaurants the upsizing range is .55 to .65 cents. Greed, greed and greed.

    Place has gone downhill. App orders get messed up. No root beer. If you ask to have food brought out it is over 10+ minutes everytime. This morning they somehow cancelled my order between windows and I had to reorder while tying up the drivethu.

    The McDonalds app messed up as usual but the drive thru staff came through proving they are more valuable than the corporate overpaid elite that design these foolish promotions. Scrap the costly promotions and go back to fair pricing, everyone wins, even the overpaid corporate gang that will have to do real work tor a change.

    McDonald's menu is well known so no need to describe that. This particular location is top though because of its modern design, cleanliness, and children's play area, which is much appreciated by children and parents alike ;-)
