Slowest drive-through in the whole city. I have had multiple experiences waiting 15+ minutes in line without moving more than a few feet before just driving away. You're much better off going to the A&W or Macdonalds just down the road. You will be in and out with your food in a fraction of the time.

I'm not a big fan of the renovations. It's not very homey in there. They added two new age machines that spit the drinks out. The flavor is not quite right. Needless to say I still ended up in a meat coma after a Baconator combo. You really can't go wrong.

Very disappointed with our last visit.Staff were arguing with each other. Orders were backed up.When we finally got our order it was not great Baked potatoes were so small,bacon was 3 little pieces. Chicken strip were also half the size they used to be. The pop,we usually get tea/coffee,was so watered down it he'd no flavor.Never thought I would give Wendy's a bad review!

Waited 25 minutes inside for my order, then requested a refund. District manager was making the sandwiches, stick to your own job its not for you, slow as hell

Absolutely Disgusting. The bun was completely dry. The Burger was completely dry. My French fries were old and squished. One bite made me feel sick. Customer service is also completely disgusting. Only thing good was the frutopia. Bad for business. Might not be much but they definitely lost me as a customer. Repeat business keep you in business. Another one bites the dust.

Unreal drive thru experience today, I've never had someone so rude when working drive thru, I didn't get this ladies name but she was working drive thru window @ 2:50pm December 1st 2022 and was a older lady. I'm not quite sure what caused her foul mood but man it was raunchy, first of all , I knew what I wanted and when she finally started to take our order I knew she was in a feral mood this is how it went.. Lady: what do you want Me: I'll get a JBC , small fries and a 6pc chicken nuggets *cuts me off when I'm saying nuggets* Lady:what sauce do you want Me:I'll get siracha Lady: we don't have any siracha (she's yelling at this point into the mic) Me: what sauce do you have Lady: ghost Pepper sauce Me: okay I'll get that Lady: is that everything (yelling and clearly iterated) Me: *ordering for my wife* no I'll get another small fries and Lady: cuts me off is that it (yelling even louder) Me: and a 6 PC chicken nuggets Lady: pull up to the window I was gunna order a 2 drinks but I just had enough of her salty attitude lol , I pull up the window she slams the window open agressively holds out the debit machine and not a greeting/peep came out of her. Won't be back again to this location just so I don't have to run into this miserable lady again lol ✌️ And the chicken nuggets were so dry and old 😭🤮

Do disappointed with this location lately. Fries are always cold and taste like they have been sitting there all morning.

Was there tonight as they forgot part of our order the other day, the workers were very pleasant but very busy so no wonder things get messed up now and then. Thanks to the staff for fixing the issue and trying to do your best.

Breakfast service was quick and friendly, bacon egg and swiss croissants were decent, the potato wedges were delicious 😊

The food was fine but the drive in was extraordinarily slow today. It shouldn't take 20-30 minutes with only a couple or cars ahead of you.

Loved the food and the staff were quick, clean, and friendly. The places looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90's which is cool, but it is looking aged too. Not so fresh.. but it gets 4 stars at least because Wendy's spicy chicken is awesome and the staff are always solid at this location.

Went with my bestie for chili and a cheeseburger combo. Yummy for the tummy after a hard morning shopping at Sobeys and NBLC.

Extremely long wait time to be served, believe they must have been short staffed. Several people left line yo go elsewhere.

If this is your cheat day and calories is not the problem, You cannot go wrong with Baconator. I always have it every time I drop by. I also try out new menus from time to time. Dine-in or drive through are not problem for speedy services. They also serve breakfast!

Fries were a little greasy and my spicy chicken wrap was just sad tbh.. Very small. The staff were friendly and service was quick.. The restaurant seemed fairly clean tho the ladies washroom definitely wasn't

I always like Wendy's. There are healthy menu items across many categories like full/side salads, various baked potatoes offered and the sandwiches are far nicer than the more ordinary old hamburger bun. Tried the egg BLT today and loved it.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and never had such a bad experience before. Front counter girl named heather was extremely rude to customers and yelling infront of everyone in lobby. she was acting out for absolutely no reason. Definitely was not a good experience.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely polite and professional. It was a pleasure patronizing your establishment.

Always love going to this Wendys, its the fastest drive-thru in fredericton! Great food and staff. My food is always right!

An excellent visit. We stopped today to have breakfast and the manager opened the door for us. He was very friendly and asked us if it wad our first time for breakfast. We said yes and went to order. The order taker was very bright and cheerful. The food was delicious. After a short time the same manager came over and asked how the food was. A great experience! We will be back. 😄

This place used to be really good, but it has gone downhill recently.
