Food was pretty good, fast service. The only thing was getting out of the parking lot is crazy because of the congestion of the drive thru line up and people trying to get in the drive thru line coming from two or three directions. It took us 10 minutes of waiting to get out of the parking stall before we could get through to the exit. Our food was getting cold by then.

Usually get junior burger and small putting, always good with just enough to eat.

I always have the grilled chicken ceasar and it's delicious

West side Wendy’s is the best! Their food is always hot and the bacon is always crispy! The staff are nice and helpful.

Better than most fast food places in west Saint John

Tried Ghost pepper fries. Must try for people who love spicy snacks. It was so fresh and well spicy sauced.

If you want your fries hot and crispy, ask for no salt because they will come fresh out of the deep-frier. Especially if you want poutine.

Always a busy spot, that said the staff was quick and polite food was very good. Dining area was quite clean.

They spent 20 minutes trying to get their debit to work then told us it was cash only. Seems like this is a recurring issue as they already had signs printed out and just had to flip it over for it to read cash only. Also Wendy's why would you get rid of the only grilled chicken sandwich that you have.

Kudos to whoever is working the grill on nights these days. Some surprisingly delicious & well-made double JBCs (extra pickles). You know when somebody cares & when they don't. THESE WERE MADE WITH LOVE!! Thank you👍

Finally got their new Breakfast sandwich with Bacon this morning, Delicious best I had, put the others to shame.Kudos Wendy's mind ya I swear the egg was square :)

Kind of annoyed as I had a gift card and upon payment at the drive through they said they can’t accept them at this location at this time, they should have a notice in the drive thru like I had the money to pay for it but what if I didn’t, plus I probably would have went elsewhere was hoping to get a cheap meal and ended up spending more than I was planning on it, but yeah my point is they should atleast let people know if they can’t accept gift cards because their machine was down. On top of that they didn’t put my food into a large bag like they normally do just a bunch of small ones so as I was coming in I put it in one bag and it ripped ugh not trying to be a Karen but that was really annoying the food was really good atleast 😆

Wendy's is getting boring, food is fine. Like other burger joints...the burgers are "thrown" together.

Don't use skip the dish (pick up) here! There's a large sign in the window saying they have skip the dish. The order went through the app, I waited until the order said ready, I went through the drive thru to pick up. I was told to go inside. The person at the pick up end was visiting with a customer. My turn, the order wasn't processed - entered in the till to be added to the orders list. The price on the till was less than I was charged. I was told that's normal. (Same prices on the app, no extra fees) Once I had the order it was good.

I had the most wonderful experience at this location. After the Disconnect we have experienced during this pandemic, This lady had passion for her job and greeted us with a warm presence. my children were hungry and having meltdowns in the back seat. I felt horrible for the action of my kids. Jacqueline was professional, very nice, quick and kind lady that served us. Her boss is lucky to have amazing person part of their team. She made my experiences at this establishment wonderful and I will for sure returning.

Busy location. Can be a challenge when going through the drive thru which is awkwardly set up with Tim Horton's during busy times.

Staff can't tell their own menu items apart on their online orders. Can never ever get a correctly made order it seems
