Reserved two king suites. Was given one king suite and one regular king. Three nights, advanced reservations on hotels.com. Requested refund of downgraded room-was told hotels.com was to be contacted for this that they-(check in person), could not give the refund difference on final bill. I complained and was told it would be noted on my bill at check out. On check out was told no again that hotels.com would have to be the ones to refund. Anyway, we have never had a problem like this and am appalled this hotel would not refund the downgraded room difference on my cc. FYI we reserve through hotels.com frequently and are IHG reward holders. I felt something amiss from the three desk clerks I encountered. I don’t know what happened to my requested/reserved king suite but the king standard was acceptable until I found out I was still going to be charged for the king suite. I felt very cheated.

The staff was always pleasant and present. The breakfast had to be best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. The place was tidy and well maintained. This by far is one of IHG's best run properties that I have been to for an highway overnight stop.

Stephanie was amazing! She was so friendly when I went down for breakfast each morning and I enjoyed seeing her smiling face. She was always helpful and polite. A hard worker and friendly personality!

The customer service was phenomenal. Preston was attentive and super helpful at check in making sure we had a comfortable stay. Our only complaint is that for vegetarians there was not a huge variety of things to eat for a hot breakfast.

We stayed there for a college trip. Recently renovated. My wife hated the color scheme, but I didn't care. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, bed was nice. Breakfast was terrible, juice machine out of order, pancake machine out of order, something else was too, can't remember, so I had a bottle of water. Easy access to the highway and close to shopping.

Breakfast bar supplied with variety of items. Well attended. Waking up starving shouldn't be an issue here. Rooms and beds are comfortable. I wish they had USB connections available. None in my room for sure.

The second floor smells like stale urine. I’m sure my door was kicked in at some point before my arrival because the lock was busted. And what kind of hotel doesn’t have a wine opener…at least one at the desk? Overall not a great place, but the staff are nice people.

Quick and easy check in. Clean rooms, very quiet, comfortable beds, very nice bedding, and the bathroom was very nice too. Breakfast was good, several hot options, as well as many grab and go items. The Breakfast attendants were over the top amazing. Just overall a really great place to spend the night.

Conveniently located near the highway and our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was better than a standard continental - fresh cooked pancakes, sausage, biscuits, eggs, yogurts, cereal fruits, baked goods, and oatmeal. Unfortunately, the elevator broke down while we were there, and without AC in the stairwell and hallway, it was a hot walk to the room. That's the only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars.

So we were still in our room and the naid came to clean saying we had checked out already....at 10am! The sign on the door clearly said COME BACK LATER....breakfast was cold even though we got there at 8am... the "heated" pool was NOT heated. As an IHG member I have had better stays for less money...

This Hotel was new and immaculate! Beds were amazing. Loved the shower too. Customer Service above board. And Breakfast! Real good and real plates. Thanks for making our stay one of the best on our month long road trip. Nice area too. Walked to dinner at Wild Wings

Very nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are very nice and bathrooms are up to date. Very good value for what you get. The service did make a mistake when I checked in and gave me the wrong room but was able to correct it so I didn't have to move rooms.

New hotel. Room clean and well organized. Larger fitness room than most Holiday Inn Express. Quality breakfast. Easy access to interstate highway.

The front desk clerk was friendly. The hotel was clean and decorated for Halloween. The breakfast was great. Our 2 biggest complaints were: the bed was rock hard, and all the bottles in the shower were empty.

We enjoyed the perfectly clean room, the quality Dove products, great water pressure, and all the typical things. The staff was above and beyond normal friendly & professional, they were all amazing. But the BEST part was the breakfast. I’m not a breakfast person and hotel breakfast is average at best but usually stale & nasty. This was fresh, delicious, and a great variety. I was traveling with my dad & uncle who said the only thing missing was a soft serve ice cream machine.
