Delivery was the one and only great part about my experience with this Papa Johns. My partner is in the hospital and could finally eat solid foods and of course the first thing she wanted was her all time favorite Papa Johns pizza! Well, I placed the order online, order half veggie and half cheese, also SPECIFICALLY typed in the delivery instructions to bring change for a $50 bill. We got the pizza... no half and half was given, the entire pizza had veggies on it which is a no go for me because i’m allergic to mushrooms.. PLUS the driver did not have change for a $50. The driver asked us to write down the order we needed and would go back to place it and bring it back to us corrected as well as change to break our $50. We then proceeded to call the store and discuss this with the manager... This manager was ignorant and rude. She refused to compensate for their mess up on our pizza saying that the website sent it to them wrong even when our slip showed half and half. THEN told us we needed to find change on our own or find a way to use a card because she will not allow her driver to break change for our $50 bill so we can pay for our meal. Needless to say, we will never come back to this Papa Johns but tipped our driver way more than normal for his patience and cooperation. Go to Broadway Pizza - better management and they get your order correct every time.

Order once from this place & got my cheese sticks with 3 long gray hairs (keep in mind I had one in my mouth not knowing about it🤢🤢🤢) & I order again giving them another chance & get the same thing long gray hair in my cheese sticks keep in mind me & my partner both do not have gray hair... I appreciate the refunds & everything but it doesn't change a thing that I had that hair in my mouth & on my food twice.. pls wear hair neats or something... & The driver was extremely rude about bringing back the refund by her Cooks messed up on. Extremely upset.

I applied to drive there. I received a call from a recruiter in Florida and set up an interview. I showed up for the interview and was told that the manager was coming in to interview me since the person that was there was still in training and couldn't interview at the time. Mind you I took off from work early to show up for the interview and missed out on wages. After 45 minutes of waiting for the manager to show up the manager in training recieved a phone call from the manager I was waiting for and she rescheduled the interview for the next day. I showed up for the interview the next day and the interview went well with Z. I was asked what my shirt size was and what kind of hat I would prefer. She said I would be set up for orientation and then I could start. After a week went by without hearing anything, I decided to call Z and she seemed perplexed that I hadn't heard from anyone and assured me she would call me back by 2:30 that day which never happened. I've now given up but I'm taking the time out to express my experience as you will never find quality employees if this is what the cluster of an application process looks like. I'm disappointed I wasted my time. I manage a fleet of over 250 drivers and I just wanted to make some extra money.

I love Papa Johns!! I dont know what it is about this particular location but the quality is different and its bad!! I often go to the one on Hwy 7 even though this one is a 3 min drive. Hwy 7’s taste and quality is way better. Ive had in Apple Valley too and it was fantastic. Some things need to be reviewed at this location or re-evaluate the management.

When going to pick up my $92.48 order I was told they do not take $100 bills. Nothing over 20.00. They DO NOT TELL YOU THIS ONLINE WHEN YOU ORDER. THEY ONLY HAVE A 3INCH SIGN TUCKED IN THE CORNER THAT TELLS YOU. So I them had to go out of my way to get change in oder to pick up my pizza. Definitely NOT OK

Came in the night before Thanksgiving. Great customer service & friendly staff. Awesome looking pizza and taste great to. It times like this it hard to keep great employee like them. Hope your paying them well to stay. Thank you 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Had a last minute large group 60-pizza order for a school event. They had to check to make sure it was do-able, but then got back to me within an hour. Staff on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Order of 60 pizzas arrived very hot and even ahead of schedule. Price was reasonable and they also had a school discount. Many thanks for an excellent experience!

I always order the garlic bread and oh myyyyyyyyy I donnow how to explain just try it and you’ll see. 10/10. And never get my order wrong.

Ordered from this place while at work in SLP a couple times with expected results (I got pizza, it was pizza, I ate it.) Last night I accidentally ordered takeout from my house, and my laptop was still latched on to this location - 23 minutes from my house (so, roughly an hour trip back and fourth). The manager I called credited the order and voided it on my card, and I re-ordered from the local one. I wanted to call out the above and beyond service. Hopefully, the staff got the pizza and wing, or sent it off to the Speedway across the street from the review below, cause those guys totally appreciate a free pizza.

Fast, and got order and sauces correct. Like the pepper and garlic butter sauce that comes with it. Decent delivery pizza, good service.

When ordinary ahead you need to save the time you selected. I missed that can had a pizza made at 11am, intended for a 530p pick up. I know this is my fault, I am used to most places automatically saving the time you selected. This issue I have is they let my pizza sit for hours and thoughtbit was appropriate to give me food that has been sitting out. They also didn't think that maybe they should call to inform me my order was ready after it sat there for 30min. They said they can void out the order and remake it. But they have no way to prove to me the transaction has been voided. I have no proof taht I would even get my money back.. this is not okay. I have never heard or any business not able to give you some type of refund confirmation.

In the past I kept going there despite repeated wrong orders because my apartment complex offers 50% coupons every month, but I've just gotten food poisoning from them for the second time. The first time I wasn't sure whether it was from them, but now I know it was not a coincidence. Never again.

Really great employees - one of the guys working helped me carry pizza and soda to my car since my hands were full with a car seat. Thank you thank you from a new mom!
