Wow..don't know how to begin. Waited for a full 5 min for someone to come out to order desk..rang bell,called out..finally an extremely surly woman came out and point blank growled about being on the drive through( seemingly its offensive to come inside). Asked for a 10 PC bucket,2 included sides,and an extra side of gravy. Wow..on arrival at home(8 min away), the'chicken' was actually squashed into the bottom of the bucket in a full 1/4" of grease. The fries were cold and soggy, and I don't know what happened to the 'gravy', because it was simply brown flour and water. No return on phone, no reason whatsoever why the food quality is so terrible. Not going to that franchise ever, and suggest others to look elsewhere for fried chicken. Laughable to see the only glowing reviews are from people directly associated by family to the current owners. This is something KFC Canada should look into. Appalling food.

Had issues ordering online. Went in to order and they said they would only give me the online deal if I let them do a survey on my phone. When I asked why I couldn't order online he said it was too busy. Food wasn't bad. MUCH better then when they first opened and served me raw chicken.

Purchased a 12 piece family meal on October 23rd, 2022. Asked the supervisor who took my order ahead of time what white meat came in the bucket. He told me 2 breasts and 2 ribs. I got home, a 30kms drive away, to see a bucket filled with tiny wings, three drums, a rib. No receipt given. I tried calling but this kfc doesn't answer the phone. I followed up via email and the person who opened and replied, Sarang, appeared to share the name of the supervisor who served me. Said he'd get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Not a word. I followed up twice and no response. Disappointing to say the least. Lot of money to pay for a bucket of wings.

I don't come back!! The staff was horrible.

I actually did an online order from this place once on my way home from work. Figured I'd save some time and pick it up since there is usually a wait. I placed the order and when I picked it up they were INSISTENT i'd paid online. I told them I hadn't and fought them on it as long as I could without delaying everyone behind me... Several minutes. Next day they called me and asked me to come in and pay. I was pretty flabbergast. If I didn't live in town I wouldn't have but I was a bit concerned one of the staff members would end up taking the brunt of a situation that was clearly a training (management) issue. When I got there I couldn't even pay by card. Probably because they'd closed the days orders out and couldn't access them. Had to drive to the bank, get cash and come back. Really poor customer service. Don't understand how you can run a franchised fast food restaurant and not understand how basic parts of your business work.

4pm Monday Jan 22nd 2024 .young man who served us was excellent. Polite pleasant friendly and helpful as I did not know the menu. Service was quick and efficient . food was good

5 of us ate there Aug 18. If there was a choice of no stars; that would be ours. Hardley battered, tough chicken, undercooked. All 5 of us were disappointed. On vacation, much better at other locations.

Worst service I’ve ever seen in Canada. The server was rude and literally threw my food on the counter. I will never go back!

Went into store front and stood there for 5 minutes no service, no greeting, no nothing A employee walked through store behind me walked through a door and could have let someone know I was there and did not, So I went else where, I think the employees prefer not to work so just ignore customers until they leave= no work If I owned that place I would be extremely upset with the staff

Terrible customer service, uncooked fries, long wait times, questionable chicken its definitely not worth the money.

I went through the drive-through today at KFC in Saint Stephen New Brunswick they do not accept your coupons on your phone which I get up to the window after I placed my order and I’m waiting for my food and I went to pay her she would not accept my coupon because it was on my phone they always did before she says I have to use the app if I want to use a coupon the coupon has a code number they always use that and put it in the register before so what changed now I am not impressed and I will not go back to KFC again sitting in a hot lineup

Friendly and courteous staff, which is often missed in "fast food" service. Was very impressed as well at the cleanliness of the restaurant. Well set up and ample comfortable seating.

Refreshing break after a 2h Winter drive.

My drink was warm. No ice in the machine. My fries were stone cold! And no running water in ladies bathroom! Not returning.

After giving this place at least 10 chances since it’s opened.... Sadly... this is the poorest excuse of a KFC in Atlantic Canada. HORRENDOUS service, menu items not available. Sickly long wait times with NOBODY else there. WAITING for up to 5 minutes at the counter while staff see me around the corner with ZERO acknowledgement I exist. It’s KFC... just chicken. Good chicken. Not rocket science. This place NEEDS A MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL. And yes... prior to posting this... I’ve called KFC 3 times over the past few years about this store. It hasn’t changed.... so I wrote this post.

The new owners are wack their was little specs of black things in the bottom of my drink and the size of the chicken tenders are small so they rip you off and my fries were cold

I got really bad food poisoning from going here last weekend which I'm pretty sure resulted from the staff trying to rush me out before closing.

I had to wait 25 min for "fresh" chicken. It was the worst chicken I have ever had. It was dry and so over cooked it was mostly bones. Almost looked like they refried leftover chicken...certainly tasted like it. Ate 1 piece out of 10 piece bucket...threw the rest in garbage. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered a big crunch sandwich. Was given just chicken on a bun, with less than a tbsp of mayo and no lettuce (apparently they were all out and we weren't told). Paid extra for gravy, was just brown water with no flavour. No thicker than my drink and wouldn't even stick to the fries. Will not be back.

Raw chicken, the lady working cash was amazing and apologized up and down and they got me a new sandwich. The cook came out and told me she made sure it was cooked but I would say the cooks arent actually checking. Scary stuff. They offered me 20% off the next order but I wont be back. I just pray that the first bite I ate doesn't make me sick tonight. The picture is the bite I spit out and don't have a picture of the sandwich as I was in kinda shock that they gave me something undercooked.

Chicken quality has gone down. Not as good as I remember, and definitely not the KFC Chicken I remember. Spicy fries were not too bad. As a whole, just not the high quality KFC I remember.

Mac salad is still great but everything else now is dripping grease and soggy. So much salt on the chicken. Made me sick to my stomach. Not what KFC used to be that's for sure.
