This restaurant has a pretty decoration with toy details. It’s small but has a warm atmosphere. Waiter was helpful and kind. Food was quite basic. The beef was very hard to chew that surprises in French cuisine. Good that they have a kids menu, too.

We kindly asked to be seated outside, but having not reserved we were told it was not possible. Totally fine, but once we sat outside, the waitress ignored us for 15 minutes and deliberately took the orders of other tables, from people who clearly arrived later after us. Not sure what we did to upset her or deserved to be ignored. It ruined our mood and the first impression we got of the restaurant.

We arrived late but we could order everything, thats great. Food one dish wa not perfect mine was tasty. Dessert cheese plate would like to have more soft cheese type camembert other was tiramisu was very good. The local cider was perfect was not sugar water and taste of appels was still onside. Sure an addres to visit again

What a great place in Rouen, so dog friendly and delicious food. Would go again. The staff were fantastic and even went out of their way to come and find us when we left our umbrella. Thankyou so much. 10/10

A lovely little restaurant down a very pretty walkway in Rouen. Very typical bistro type food and cooked very beautifully. The place has a playful theme, as the name suggests, with menus taking you back to the 80's and 90's.

We had a filet mignon and a brochette de beef, I believe we were unlucky. It was difficult to chew the meat for the beef and the vegetables were mushy and oily. The filet mignon was breaded with no sauce or spices and also the mac and bland under it ( mac n cheese ) had little to no taste. Try to choose anything else but those plates. 18 euros plus 20 euros. 38 euros for bland food. I don't know, but i think the ratings are rigged and my mom's canadian, and she cooks better with no cooking skills.

Perfect location to sit outside and enjoy the ambience of Rouen. Good food, great service, and nostalgia-inducing menus :)

Fantastically fun atmosphere, great food and fun friendly service. We bumped into this place with three kids, had some great mocktails with a big plate of fried delicacies to start. The brochette was delicious, the burgers tasty and the fries, though soft and fatty were delicious. The star of the round of deserts was an abricot pie, which was simply perfect. All in all it wasn’t cheap, but a great experience. Would happily recommend.

The food was not as good as expected from a 4. rating restaurant. Our dishes were cold when we were served. My girlfriend ordered a "plat du jour" cocotte, which is the "mijote au poulet", and served without any bread nor spoon for a plat with lots of juice (can be considered as soup as well)? And if we want to taste the juice are we supposed to drink it from the cocotte? The waitress did not even ask us if we want any of them or not eventhough the restaurant was not packed with people, the staffs were having time to talk and on the phone but did not have time to look around? (I did not want to wave at them but I did look at them for a few times looking for an eye contact but nothing happend). The local beer, the tea and the fries were good but definitely will not come back again.

My plat was really good! We liked the potato a lot, it was crispy. Also, the sauces that came with the potato and cheese ball were very nice, I recommend you to try it. We sat inside as there was no place outside, the ambiance is nice inside.

We went with our big dog and they were so friendly to us. They even brought water to our dog ❤️🙏🏽 Thank you! Food is super delicious. We loved everything about it!

Food was really good. Honestly even though the prices were average/low, I would prefer what I had here to a more expensive place that I had been to earlier.

We were there to taste their brunch. It was good but it was not extraordinarily delicious. We had 1 little cup of hot drink, a small bottle of local juices, eggs benedictine with bacon or salmon with sautéed potatoes and a bit of green salad, and mini basket of 3 small french pastry and 2 small cuts of breads with 2 small jams and a pot of medium Nutella. All of them for 26€ (25€ + 1€ additional because we chose a breakfast basket of french pastry) To be honest, the brunch is simply over priced. You can get way better brunch experience in Rouen with much cheaper (around 15-20€) and even possibility to refill the hot drinks or fresh juice. More choices of french pastry or at least refill baguette, and a dessert (such as cakes or fruit). The thing that we still don’t understand is they gave each person a medium pot of Nutella (at the same table) and we got only 2 small cuts of bread to eat with! We didn’t even feel good to open it because it would be a total waste. They served the eggs benedictine without waited us to finish our pastry. So it was basically arrived at the same time. I feel bad to write this review because their service were good, the servers were nice and all. So i wish that the restaurant will take this advice to improve the quality and the quantity of the brunch. So we’re not going to feel disappointed to spend 26€ on a brunch.

Great place for lunch. We had the menu of the day - the chicken with the pear-apple sauce was great and the desert delicious. Portions are on the smaller size which is great as you don’t feel stuffy afterwards

My best meal in Rouen, I really enjoyed it. The price of the lunch menu is decent. I can’t speak French very well but the waiter there was still very nice and tried to explain everything to me ;)
