Just
whipped
in
to
Dollarama
to
buy
2
chocolate
bars.
I
was
glad
to
see
the
parking
lot
very
empty.
There
were
two
employees
at
cash
registers.
One
was
serving
a
customer
with
a
cart
full
of
stuff.
The
other
was
at
a
cash
around
the
island
and
against
the
back
wall.
With
my
2
chocolate
bars
in
hand
I
went
to
go
to
the
empty
cash
but
her
sign
was
up
to
use
another
cash
and
she
was
using
windex
on
something.
The
two
employees
were
very
engaged
in
a
trite
conversation.
The
one
serving
the
customer
was
slowly
wrappping
plates
and
such.
I
lined
up
behind
her
and
waited
for
about
3
minutes
frustrated.
Another
customer
came
up
behind
me
aith
a
cart
full
of
stuff.
I
was
glad
to
be
in
front
of
her
with
only
two
choclate
bars
to
buy.
The
other
employee
came
out
from
behind
the
cash
she
had
been
windexing.
I
had
hoped
for
this
eventuality
and
when
she
called
for
the
next
person
I
was
already
running
to
the
cash
she
was
going
to
use.
She
told
me
I
wasn't
the
next
in
line
and
that
the
customer
with
the
cart
full
would
be
served
first.
She
hadn't
even
come
around
the
cash
island
yet
and
certainly
WAS
NOT
next
to
be
served.
The
employee
refused
to
cash
me
through
with
my
two
choclate
bars,
arguing
with
me
that
I
wasn't
next.
Astounded
I
protested.
She
continued
that
they
had
already
"been
in
trouble
twice
this
week
for
this".
I
left.
I
suggest
you
try
other
dollar
stores
where
the
employees
aren't
power
tripping
and
wildly
wrong
about
how
to
do
customer
service.
Having
written
this
review
I
phoned
the
store.
I
asked
who
the
manager
or
owner
was.
The
female
who
answered
said
"I
have
no
idea".
WOW!
I
said
"so
how
do
I
find
out?"
she
was
totally
unhelpful
and
said
"You'll
have
to
come
in
to
the
store
tomorrow".
I
suggested
phoning
in
the
morning
might
be
an
idea.
She
agreed
but
advanced
nothing
else
leaving
me
to
ask
when
they
opened.
One
of
the
worst
staffed
enterprises
I've
ever
encountered
in
my
50+
years
in
this
country.
