When
your
amuse-bouche
is
served
by
the
chef
himself,
who
carefully
explains
what
were
the
ingredients,
we
knew
we
will
be
well
fed.
Well
fed
indeed,
both
in
terms
of
taste,
and
as
well
as
in
terms
of
looks.
Every
dish
was
beautifully
plated,
making
us
feel
like
we're
eating
art
pieces!
The
mushroom-bacon
brioche
toast
with
a
healthy
serving
of
cream
was
a
delightful
entrée.
So
was
the
gorgeously
plated
leek
served
with
miso
vinaigrette.
The
quasi
de
veau
served
with
stir-fried
cabbage
and
Brussel
sprouts
were
absolutely
delicious.
And
the
desserts
just
fabulous!
Ideally
situated
by
the
Loire
river,
this
place
offers
affordable
gastronomic
meals.
A
must
try!
