I am a solo bikepacker and was warmly welcomed by Nathalie the campsite owner. She spoke English and kindly showed me the best place to pitch my tent. Very clean campsite with good facilities and felt very safe. Thank you for a great stay and making me feel so welcome!

A lovely camp site. Nice location by the river Loire. BUT The camp site is locked close between 12 noon and 3pm. Not just the main gate stopping cars enter, but also the pedestrian gate is locked! This means that cyclists cannot enter the site for a period of 3 hours. This is crazy in my opinion. The cyclists camp in their own separate tent area. There is no reason why they should not be permitted entry between 12 and 3pm in order to set up camp, shower, wash out sweaty clothes etc .. then visit reception after 3pm - this is how many other sites operate. The site is on the Loire velo route and yet being closed between 12 and 3pm is very unhelpful for cyclists arriving at between times after a long sweaty ride.

A nice campsite in a good location, Orleans is a short 7 mile cycle ride away. The facilities were clean. I was disappointed though that the tennis courts advertised on the camps website were not available for reservation. It would appear that they are local tennis club courts that can not be booked by the campsite - although the campsite website does say that they can. We chose the site for that reason so hence the reduction in stars

Quality place to camp, very clean, nice walks along the river, borrowed a bike from the campsite cycled into Orleans. Lady comes round in the morning with fresh bread, lovely couple of days spent here.

A very nice campsite to stay for a couple of nights and a great service by the personel. Toilets and showers were nice and clean, altough bottom of the doors may need some attention. The campsite place was sufficiently large.

Beautiful campsite on a great location. Stayed 3 nights and will definitely come back. The managers, Nathalie and Jean are absolutely superb, what a warm and friendly couple. I told them I had a problem with my car and that I had to wait for 3 days before the Volvo garage in Orlean was willing to help me. Nathalie immediately called the local Renault garage in Checy, explained the situation and informed me that I could bring my car right away. Many , thanks to Nathalie and Jean , tremendous service!

Clean, cheap, friendly & above all such a lovely place to stay overnight. I so wish we could have stayed longer.
