Another
bad
experience
driving
thru
for
a
quick
dinner
on
the
go.
Long
story
short,
i've
waited
10
minutes
at
the
ordering
booth
before
I
had
someone
greeting
me
on
the
mic!
Lucky
enough,
I
was
able
to
order
a
10
nuggets
trio
and
a
cheeseburger...Once
home,
(4
minutes
away)
the
food
was
ice
cold..no
cheeseburger
in
the
bag
and,
my
coke
ended
up
being
a
rootbeer!
That
was
the
very
last
time
i
went
there
(St
Eustache
or
any
other
McDo).
Over
the
last
year,
and
every
single
time,
they
managed
to
make
my
expensive
(for
junk
food)
and
customer
experience
a
sorry
mess.
I
get
that
there
is
a
manpower
shortage,
the
low
wages..the
fact
that
most
of
times,
employees
are
young
students
but
that
cannot
justify
such
a
poor,
very
poor
customer
service
for
a
multinational
fast
food
brand
such
as
McDonalds!
The
saddest
part
in
all
of
this,
is
that
I
just
waisted
5
minutes
of
my
life
writing
this
since
the
huge
team
of
white
collar
executives
at
that
same
FF
restaurant,
could
not
care
less
or
learn
from
customer's
feedback!
It's
All
about
profits
and
performance
indicators
for
them.
By
ricochet,
keeping
their
bonuses,
their
ridiculous
salary,
and
positions
in
their
comfortable
McDo's
head
quarters...busy
by
not
doing
much
more
other
than
looking
at
charts!
Sorry
but
that
was
the
very
last
time
I
was
fooled
going
there
thinking,
it
would
be
better
than
the
time
before
and,
please
understand
that
I
am
not
seeking
for
free
food
coupons,
or
any
automated
apology
note.
No!
I
am
done
and
be
certain
that
when
I
do
have
time
to
waste,
it
will
be
about
letting
know
my
circle
of
friends
and
family
on
how
bad
you
are
now.
