    It is juste worst and worst the quality of the employee just keep decreasing never enough staff or even if they have most of them are really juste chilling or talking really unproductive employee even when its not busy an order for a big mac can take more than 20 minute

    I have been to this location a handful of times and it always results in frustration. 25 minute wait times, cold food and the order is always messed up. I have never seen such an unprofessional, mismanaged restaurant. Save your money and go elsewhere.

    Possibly the worst franchise out there. A 27 minutes wait after placing the order at the drive-thru on a Friday around 10 pm. When we got the order it was wrong, good thing we checked, and the replacement burger took another 5 minutes to make. The Chai was tasteless and was returned for a smoothie. A similar experience last week, there was no staff at the first window to take payment, so after a 25 minute wait we told the staff at the second window we were abandoning the order and drove away. The kiosk and app orders are not any quicker or more accurate, if it takes more than 10 minutes to get the order I request a refund. Happens often. The franchisee (Les Restaurants McDonald's Guy Alain Inc.) deletes unfavorable posts from his Facebook page.

    The worst mcdonalds I have even been too. Staff is rude and dirty looking. Store is gross. Service is SO SLOW. Avoid this place. I would rather eat garbage than go back here.

    Ordered on the App and went to wait in the designated area ( 1, 2, or 3 ) parking spots as indicated. Took 25 minutes before the food arrived, only after knocking on the door several times. I have only used the App for this location twice and both times I had the same issue. This McDonald's is absolutely the worst for using the app and waiting. One employee told me it was impossible that we waited that long for food after watching about 20 cars pass in the drive through. On the receipt it said order was received at 12:45pm and we finally got out food at 1:05pm. Never again . This location is always messing up orders and their excuses are that they are under-staffed. If I need anything, I will travel to the location in Sainte-Marthe-sure-le-lac

    McDonald's irritates me to no end. I'm starting to think people (me including) are truly insane for continuing to give them the benefit of doubt. Everytime I'm here mistake after mistake, employees not listening to allergy restrictions, or entire order wrong on more occasions than I can count, total removal of anything remotely healthy (they even replaced shredded cheese in the chicken wrap to a kraft single! So gross! Blatant disregard for anything MAPAQ...and like an abusive relationship I go back for more torture...definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result aka the Mcdonalds hold!

    Worst customer service ever. I went in the drivetrue and as soon as i started ordering the person ( black male ) was angry i told him is it possible to have my meat fresh and hot he said its already hot and fresh i told him im mentioning it because last few time it was cold and he started getting upset and said i told you its already hot. When i came to pick up my food rap music was loud like if we were in a club. I will never order from that mcdonald again ended up eating cold food

    I ordered to go, when I got to where I was going I realized I was missing both sauces for my 10 nuggets and my sprite was in fact plain water 🙃 Price goes up as the service goes down 👎 Edit: I went back to get my sprite and it's pink 🤔

    Another bad experience driving thru for a quick dinner on the go. Long story short, i've waited 10 minutes at the ordering booth before I had someone greeting me on the mic! Lucky enough, I was able to order a 10 nuggets trio and a cheeseburger...Once home, (4 minutes away) the food was ice cold..no cheeseburger in the bag and, my coke ended up being a rootbeer! That was the very last time i went there (St Eustache or any other McDo). Over the last year, and every single time, they managed to make my expensive (for junk food) and customer experience a sorry mess. I get that there is a manpower shortage, the low wages..the fact that most of times, employees are young students but that cannot justify such a poor, very poor customer service for a multinational fast food brand such as McDonalds! The saddest part in all of this, is that I just waisted 5 minutes of my life writing this since the huge team of white collar executives at that same FF restaurant, could not care less or learn from customer's feedback! It's All about profits and performance indicators for them. By ricochet, keeping their bonuses, their ridiculous salary, and positions in their comfortable McDo's head quarters...busy by not doing much more other than looking at charts! Sorry but that was the very last time I was fooled going there thinking, it would be better than the time before and, please understand that I am not seeking for free food coupons, or any automated apology note. No! I am done and be certain that when I do have time to waste, it will be about letting know my circle of friends and family on how bad you are now. Mike

    Shout out to the morning staff around 8AM 091422. Y'all were working HARD and busy af. There was a bit of a wait cause you can tell there was a rush but they pulled it off. Thanks for the good service even when you were in a crunch.

    If giving zero stars was possible i would do it.. never again in this mcdonalds until management and staff change.. the line in the drive thru was longer than montreal airport line without moving even a foot forward after 20 minutes ( was pre order on the app ) when we went inside to pick it up they were on their phones and nobody even bothered to ask why we are here for. Ended up just leaving without the order and wasting about 60 hard earned cad )

    The service is so slow. It took 20 minutes to be served on a Sunday morning… and the food was cold. Just don’t bother going there. Each time I go there I regrets it. Probably one of the worst mcdo I want in a long time.

    This pace is an embarrassment to fast food, manager should be changed right away. Too slow to be considered 'fast food'. Drive thru way too slow, can barely get a coffee in less than 5mins. Beaucoup niaiserie. Trop lent.

    I dont know how you can mess up orders 9.5 times outta 10, without making any modifications on the order of 2 trios with cokes...but this place hands down is the worse Mc Donalds in laval...on top of it all, they give old or messed up orders to clients.Received stale burgers, nuggets, and recooked fries...been years like this nothing changes.

    Always they give fries which stayed long and always miss the order. When i returned to home realized they have missed items. No one in the store is seriously working. It is the only mcD i have in my area. No option at all. There is no senior to take work seriously. Close such store. On top of it minimum 30 to 40 min waiting for a single burger. Pathetic

    I did a take-out order in the drive-through, and I found the staff very friendly. Had to wait for the delivery to the car. Young man who came out was really pleasant.

    The restaurant was somewhat clean but not the staff. Even if you order inside and indicate you are going to eat inside, they still prepare your food as take out. Time was in the ok frame, but the restaurant area was completely abandoned. No one to clean the tables, pick up or empty the garage bins, ketchup dispenser empty and no one in the counter to ask for it. Seemed like the only cared for the drive-through customers.

    I recently tried McDonald's quarter pounder and was pleasantly surprised. The burger was delicious and satisfying. The service was efficient, making the experience enjoyable. Overall, a pretty good option for a quick and tasty meal

    Best bacon McMuffin I had in a while. The bread was exactly what you would expect from any decent breakfast place. Only downside is I was served fries instead of a hashbrown, maybe because of the time of day. The fries were perfectly cooked though. It's just Mcdo, but this one does it right.

    Needed a quick bite to eat before going home. I tried to order via one of the machines. After the app wouldn't download. Ordering worked, even though I wasn't able to customize the order and even the milk shake machine worked ;-) However the order terminal didn't print my receipt and the staff didn't seem to be too concerned about it at all, until we couldn't figure out which order was mine or the guys' after me. They didn't bother do fix the machine either. Staff also only answered in French when I asked something in English, no big deal as I understand both, but I live in a bilingual country.

    I just had the most annoying worst experience at this restaurant. The girl kept pretending not to hear me at the drive-thru. After four times repeating myself she said no English. I pre-ordered on the application so I didn't have to give a whole order or anything I just had to tell her the number of the order and she was very rude. Needless to say last time I'm coming to this place

    I personally like their new chicken McMuffin breakfast sandwich. The mayo has a good balance of spicy taste. Would be nice if they offered this in different bread option like they do for all the others McMuffin sandwich. For some reason, the hash browns potatoes are not always cooked; sometimes cold or wet and other times very good.

    Returned 0rder 3 times! All I ordered was a chicken McMuffin with habenero sauce, 1st time I got it without the egg, the 2nd time with sausage instead of chicken and the 3d time it was with a Mc crepe instead of an English muffin! They seemed to be angry when I returned it each time, but it was there error 3 times! I did not go back the 4 th time, they almost got it right if it would of been on an English muffin! Lol

    Humble restaurent employees, really good service with clean tables, cleaned by rxlpx (very humble guy). I really recomend this place. Good hangout place for families and friends.
