This looks good at first with the "Club" serving free coffee / soft drinks and a modern feel. But the room was more like a budget hotel, and not well maintained. The bathroom module was shabby with a shower door that wouldn't close, a gap next to the door allowing water to get into the room, and worst of all a large fungus growing in the corner under the sink uni where water was leaking through to the skirting board outside. And the shower temperature was all over the place, varying from cold to scalding when hot water was available, and just cold on a Sunday morning. Okko need to focus much more on the basics of cleaning and maintenance instead of the frills to justify 4 stars, this is more like 2 stars.

Great location ,cosy spacious rooms with views of the river, very helpful stuff. What they don't tell you on any page is that free beverages and soft drinks at the ground floor bar/restaurant are included in the price. They even bring you a plate of delicacies per person free of charge between 6-8pm every day.

The location is superb and the staff is very helpful. However, we found the rooms a bit dirty, air-conditioning very noisy and not working and the hair drier not working. All these were improved when informed, however we would have liked to find the place impeccable given the price. We stayed also at Okko Grenoble and we prefered that one.

It is a decent place, well located and good staff, however this maybe not a value for money place, There are some good and some bad parts which i mention below. Good ones: The front desk people were nice and cooperative. There is an unlimited snack and drink in the dinning lobby which is great. Even for your visiting guest, they can access the service of snack and drink. The location is very central too, you can almost walk to all famous places from here. Bad ones : Service is an issue here. I had to request the change of room since my AC was not working. And when I moved to new room the door of bathroom was not closing and hence it was flooding outside the bathroom when you take shower. Also, the maintenance guys were not there as I was told that they are in training. So indeed the place lacks a good service. The rooms are fine but not too big and rooms lacks cupboard which I feel is essential.

Promises a lot but in my opinion doesn't deliver. Club room needs to have more defined areas as I decided to stay in for the morning and settled into a seating area but was unable to relax as a business man decided to have a very noisy conversation with someone via his computer. Perhaps a definite sound proofed area for people working and people wanting to relax quietly would improve overall experience. I ran my finger over the blinds in the club room and they hadn't been dusted for ages. Had to turn off the various lamps around me to make it cooler as this 'green' hotel doesn't have much in the way of air conditioning when needed. Also it purports to care for the environment but then serves butter in individual plastic wrapped portions. I would have liked a kettle in the room to be able to make a cup of tea, those fancy coffee machines never boil the water properly. Storage was poor in the room and very cramped. Also the duvets were winter weight but nice bedding. We left one day earlier than planned and received a credit note but not sure we'd choose this chain again.

Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms are ok, tiny and with showings marks on the floor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and work up with a bad neck because of the pillows. The water made my skin extremely dry. Some of the staff was nice but there were a couple of staff member particularly in the restaurant that were so unwelcoming and unfriendly. The snacks is mainly rotten fruit and stale cakes. They tell the aperitivo is free but you have to pay for your drink so what you get is a small plate of cheese or in my case raw cauliflower and dry cucumber. The gym is a joke there is not even an exercise mat. Finally I got double charge for the city taxes and I had two go twice back to reception to make sure they refunded me the money. No apologies from any member of staff. This is def not a 4 star hotel and tbh not worth the price.

A 4 star hotel without a lobby. They wanted to charge me TWENTY FIVE EUROS for printing documents? Less than 70 pages of documents? They promote a “printing machine” in their “club”. Wifi wasn’t working for a whole night and morning (I had to work…). Would not recommend.

Stayed here while traveling on my honeymoon. The location was perfectly located in between the central train station and the main sites of the city. The rooms can have a view of the river, which is breathtaking. The staff was friendly and the complimentary coffee/juice/snacks made us feel more at home.

The place is perfect. Nice building, service is ok. But the hotel needs inside a renovation. Carpets are not good looking and a little bit dirty. The bathroom is not working well.

Great location. The bedroom was spotless as were all communal areas. Comfortable bedding. Nice shower. A/c worked well in my room. Very quiet. Access to coffees, teas, juices and sparkling water along with light cakes, fruit and nuts. Others mentioned soft drinks are available which to people in the USA means sodas but I believe you pay for them. Vladimir was very kind as were others in snack room and housekeeping. Good WiFi. Now the not so spectacular… some of the employees at the front desk could be a bit more welcoming. Some made out like they have other duties to take care of (which I’m sure they do) and guests aren’t at the top of their list. A smile and better attitude go a long way. My friend in another room and I both ran out of soaps which shouldn’t happen. His coffee machine didn’t work and a/c wasn’t as good as mine. They are aware that there are no towel racks in order to dry and reuse them and the bathrooms are quite small. Overall this is a four star hotel in a great location. I definitely recommend it.

Hip little hotel. The 24 hr free lounge with snacks, drinks, coffee, etc is cool. Rooms are nicely finished with two odd elements. The bathroom is a glass box, partially frosted, in the room. Not much in terms of privacy. The tvs are worthless, from the stone ages. All in all, not a bad joint, just know what you are getting into if either of those things is important to you.

Totally fine. Rooms are all ok but not the comfiest. The staff were super friendly and the location is brilliant, an easy walk to Les Halles or the centre of Lyon. However the breakfast is €20 (we didn’t do it and it looked totally not worth it!) it’s certainly not a luxury or even off luxe hotel which it may look in pictures but it’s totally functional, clean and fine.

Good location but it's affordable and nice with good amenities. There's a little bar with free snacks and a nice workspace too! If you're coming back late you'll need to phone a staff member to open the door so just be aware of that!

I love Okko and this one is well located. Snack shack is so great. Hallways needed more vacuuming. Starting to show it’s age. But service and price is great.

Gorgeous brilliant hotel near the old town, However there was no cue tip, nor water in the room, or a small bar area where you can pick your juice or whatever... The breakfast very poor, mini croissant, and some extra stuff aside but not too much choice to choose from, for that price range i could have put some extra cheese or ham.... ☹️!!! The lady on the reception was kinda forced to be nice....but still polite ! Overall not soo bad, but for the money you spend for 1 night it is very expensive and 100% NOT WORTH IT ! Thanks

Twice during the stay there was no hot water. Imagine morning and evening shower just with the cold water. Breakfast are quite limited when it comes to the choice. With the price of 18€ I would expect much more. Big plus for the crew, which is very polite and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Only downside is the exceptionally small bathroom which makes it hard to get ready.

Tiny tiny tiny bathroom. Feels like an airplane toilet. Requires some flexibility to even use the toilet comfortably. Bathrooms have sliding, frosted glass door so if you are sharing a room make sure its someone you are comfortable with. Staff is extremely warm and friendly. Hallways seemed a little beat up in some places, but overall the hotel is nice and the location is fantastic. Just steps away from the river and all there is to see. Great little club area on the main floor for hanging with people and having snacks or drinks. Didnt use it while we were there but its nice to know its an option.

Fantastic hotel that goes above what you'd expect. Super friendly staff who are very helpful. Great location just across the river from the main action. The 'club' access allows you to have free soft drinks and coffee all day which is perfect before you head out. Only downside are the toilets in the rooms are weirdly designed but that does not overshadow how good the hotel is and you get a view of the lovely river from your room.

Kind staff. Beautiful room and AC! The cold beverages anytime was a lifesaver in the heatwave and thoroughly appreciated when no mini fridge in room. Great location, close to the river, bakeries and shops.

Affordable 4* with a 5 star offering. Perched in front of the Rhone and a 25 minute walk from Part-Dieu Station. We had 24 hour access to the club lounge(cold & hot drinks and nibbles). Our room on the 5th floor offered us a balcony and a side view of the Rhone. Great customer service, someone was always on hand to help with anything we required.

We arrived to Okko for one night stay on our trip to Paris. Staff was lovely but the room we were given was absolutely dirty and unkept. It was room 205. We also were given only one big & small towel, despite being 2 people - so we had to share. As we arrived late and only had few hours to sleep, the hassle of calling staff at 3am to provide what should be already considered for is absolutely bad service. Room also had major staining, dirty corners, mould in caulk of the bathroom. Also bathroom is a glass box, and you can hear everything. It was a bad experience and this room should be decomissioned until cleaned & properly redone.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming and accommodating staff. Very pleasant room, nice sized bathroom and after I left my AirPods following check-out, posted them back to the UK the same day. The free drinks and the hors d’ourves every evening were a lovely added touch.

Excellent hotel, far exceeded our expectations. Positives: 1) Air-Conditioning 2) Location 3) Decoration 4) Rooms (albeit a bit small, very intelligently arranged hence no complaints at all) 5) Super friendly staff 6) Checkout at 2:00 PM (quite rare these days) Negatives: 1) Shower (it's like taking an Air-Bath) 2) Parking is not easy, it'll take some effort before you can find your spot especially on saturday nights.

Probably the most spacious hotel we stayed at during our vacation. They gave us two water bottles in our room each day which we appreciated. The shower is nice and the bed is firm, but comfortable. Front desk was helpful and they let us leave our suitcases in a locked closet after we checked out as we weren’t leaving the city until that evening. They also ordered a taxi for us. The snack area is nice, we liked the free drinks, especially the coke sans sucres and the orangina.

Very nice hotel, we were happy to stay here. The rooms are small, but cozy. We took the room with the river view and it was good decision, the sunset is just stunning from the balcony. Administrator Sami was real gentleman! Polite, respectful, tidy and well-educated person. Communication was easy and satisfactory.
