We spent five days in this cozy facility. First of all, the location is ideal. We could visit most of the sights of the city on foot, including the picturesque old town! To reach farther destinations, one can take the metro, just a five minute walk! The rooms were slightly smaller than we had thought, but spotlessly clean!! The highlight of the hotelo however is the staff. Especially Myriam will become your best friend during your stay there! Wonderful hospitality!!! 🥰

A lovely hotel located near restaurants and the transportation hub all within walking distance. The staff and employees were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I will definitely be back next time I am in Lyon.

This is a very boutique hotel with personalized service. Its within walking distance to the train station so very convenient . Rooms are ok but the location is what makes this place great. 10 minute walk to all kinds of restaurants

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night during our roadtrip through France. The room was very basic but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had few options but was very good.

The staff of the hotel are very helpful and polite. They make sure you have a comfortable stay and knows how to get around Lyon. Keep it up. You are making the guests feel good.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were all very hospitable and invested in us having a good stay. We very much appreciated their holding our bags since we arrived in Lyon prior to check-in. Our room was small but actually quite cozy. We feared that since the hotel was located along a busy road the traffic noise would disturb our sleep. However, once the window was closed the room was almost completely silent. We slept well both nights. We ate breakfast at the hotel both nights and felt that we got a good meal for the price. The hotel’s was slightly far from the touristy areas but only a 15 minute walk or so from Place Bellecour and it was accessible to the metro and bus systems. Overall it was a great stay.

On our way back to Belgium from South of France we stopped for a break. This little hotel is located in city centre, walking distance to old city Room we stayed is old and could use to refreshing paint, mold left and right. Small room but enough for one night Breakfast was great and very accommodating staff Parking available at extra cost next to hotel but to be booked in advance, full when we arrived however the main train station parking is available at same rate offered by the hotel (5mij walk)

On our way to Spain, we made a stopover in Lyon, which is a great city and were pleasantly surprised by this simple, yet perfect hotel: close to the center, easy access to the highway, parking provided and a comfortable, clean room. The incredibly friendly and efficient staff made the stay even more agreeable. One of them, Mathilda, impressed us a lot by following up immediately on my lost sunglasses. Highly recommended! Anna

Best hotel ever. The friendliest staff I have ever met. Felt super safe and cared for. Right next to the train station (and the Christmas market !) and easy walk to the centre. Cannot recommend enough.

Hotel has a great location, with walking distance to most sightseeing points and metro. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got very good sightseeing and dining tips. Hotel has one special room (Troglodyte), which is spacious, but has no windows. It is well described on the hotel's website, but be aware that third party websites might not provide this information and you might think you are getting double room with the view to the city, but instead you get this room. Overall stay in this hotel was very good.

Very friendly staff made the stay worth it. The lobby is really cute and breakfast is good. Bed was pretty comfy. The only downside is it faces a busy interchange so you can see/hear all the traffic (though the windows do block out most of the sound). Maybe ask for a quiet room?

When visiting Lyon, Hotelo is the perfect place to stay! When we arrived at Hotelo we were greeted by the wonderfull staff who were very nice and spoke fluently English! The rooms had everything we need, were clean and the beds were very nice. I've slept amazing and found the room very comfortable. The breakfast was really cozy and had everything you imagine a french breakfast would have. And again the staff was so kind and we are greatefull that we had the opportunity to stay there. I'll definetly recommend Hotelo for everyone who visits Lyon for a citytrip!

Absolute gem of a place. We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and would not even think about staying elsewhere. It has everything one expects: a warm welcome, spotless and modern rooms and a parking spot (definitely an advantage!). The hotel is close to all amenities and to the city centre. We’ll be back!

Its location near the station Lyon Perrache is very convenient. The room was nice and clean and the service was great, they helped us with all the questions that we had. They even kindly sent us home a bag that we had left by accident. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was not a guest here but stored my bags here for a day. The staff treated me with so much love and respect, they were so helpful and welcoming. Based on this experience I would recommend everybody to stay here. Also you can hardly get any closer to the train and bus station (Lyon Perrache) :). The atmosphere in the lobby is also very nice and warm, I felt very much at home here. Thank you for the great hospitality!
