The hygiene in this hotel is terrible. The personnel (a woman behind the desk) is a terrible human. When I confronted her that there was a mistake in the bill, she began lying about it. Terrible hotel, I certainly do not recommend it to anyone. I think the bad character of this woman is representative for how bad this hotel is.

Small old hotel...no lift and spiral staircase...central for restaurants...

Only for the location otherwise nothing else to offer. Run down rooms, small and not clean, 1 night max stay just for a quick shower and a few hours of sleep. Don't expect anything more

Believe it or nor, I went to this hotel for a business trip... long story but logistic details made that this hotel was the only one available. What to say in addition to the other reviews : the rooms are indeed very small, noisy, outdated, and very hot on summer. As soon as I arrived the curtain of the window fell off. The floor looked very dirty like no one had done a deep cleaning in Years! but at least the bathroom looked clean. I put two stars instead of one for a single reason : I had a place to sleep for 8 hours, and that a positive point. Besides that this place deserves only negative points : I'm still scratching all my body because of the bed bugs that bit me during the night. Next time, I will not hesitate to cancel all my trips of I have to come back to this hotel. ah yes and I almost forget something : there were scratching noises on the ceiling, like a rat was running on the faux-plafond of the room, very scary

There is no heating in the apartment and bad WiFi. Not so good breakfast, but it is quite enough. Everything else is fine!

They are rude I had an emergency i couldn’t make it because of the storm and i tried to cancel and explained my situation but they didn’t help. I drove 9 hours and i arrived few hours early i asked to see the room and they refuse. Very bad parking and street are very small.

Friendly and Crossy hotel. No big expectations it has the basic to have a nice sleep and rest

This place is a dump. Besides the friendly front desk attendants and the location, there are no other redeemable qualities about this "hotel". No A/C, no elevator, impossibly small room w/ no storage space (just a very poorly built couple of shelves and a single drawer), ceilings falling in the bathroom, everything just looked dirty (why were there 2 visible boot prints on our bathroom door?), broken hangers, no towel rack, fan did nothing, holes in the wall, no shower curtain, etc. Ever corner possible was cut. We immediately checked for bed bugs when we realized the state of our room. I am honestly embarrassed that we spent money on this place but feel the need to warn people to not make the same mistake. It really should not be allowed to rent rooms

Not the cleanest and no lift. But the staff is really nice and bed very comfy.

It has a unique place in the heart of lyon, almost near everything. I think its good for backpackers and fast transit. The reception was quiet friendly and helpful. The room are very small though. All on all its good

Pretty awful: my room was in the staircase, the bathroom had a "destroyed" ceiling. Overall, it was quite depressing. But I am only giving 2 stars because of the services: the staff never picks up the phone!!!

Very below average even for a budget hotel. The rooms are dirty, very small and run down. Ceiling falling out, lights hanging by the wires, mold and moisture damage in the bathroom. Toilet was practically unusable due being crammed in between the shower stall and wall. No need to set an alarm clock, you will be unceremoniously awoken by a lovely mixture of banging noises, people talking, water pipes running and cigarette smoke creeping in through the thin, uninsulated walls and windows. We purchased the breakfast when checking in only to find that breakfast wasn't actually being served in the morning, which honestly was probably for the better given the overall quality standard and impression, we were reimbursed though. From a fire safety and evacuation standpoint the hotel did not seem very safe or well prepared. The walkways are very narrow and claustrophobic and the only exit is a steep spiral staircase. The sheets, towels and bed were clean though, which is the least you can expect, but not very comfortable. Overall I'd not recommend this hotel to anyone, even the budget conscious traveler, for just 10-20 Euro more you can get something much better.
