I had a very nasty experience in this hotel. The bed and sheets were bed bug infested. The experience taught me a great lesson about coming to Lyon - that is, I should book ny hotel way ahead of my visit. I couldn't do it on time because of the time I got my visa and travel date. That notwithstanding, this hotel was one of the worse hotels I have stayed in all my travels around the world 🌎. It could be a refuge for a night if you are stranded, but be ready to bear the consequences. I was shocked to say the least. I will be talking more on this on my YouTube travel channel

My worst experience travelling EVER. The most unsafe hotel that I ever saw. Some of the windows were break, blood on the bedspread, full of yonkies... We ask for the refund and they promise us that they will make the refund on the same credit card. After two weeks we didn´t have any transfer. My recommendation if you have book a room with them, RUN!!!

You get what you pay for. Everything reasonably clean, heated etc. Room was not being made on a daily base, which I thought was unusual for a hotel, but no big deal. Walls paper thin but again, you get what you pay for, so fine with being part of my room neighbor's daily routine for a couple of days

I tried to give the Hotel a call today. When I finally got someone on the speaker, I asked of anyone spoke english there (since I dont speak French) and I was immediately met with a pointed "No" and got hung up on. Incredibly rude, I will *not* be booking any rooms here and I will certainly dissuade anyone from doing so.

It is noisy indeed, customers calling their friends at 2 am, doors slamming, etc. However the place was cheap and very well situated in Lyon. The receptionists were also super friendly. Sadly, the shared shower is a nightmare, toilets were off for 2 days and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

I booked a room with my credit card just to guarantee the reservation, but when I got there they asked to pay in cash as they would delete the debit on the card, but they just pretend to do it in front of me and the debit is still on my invoice and they don't answer me anymore.

Charming little hotel! The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants, supermarket and a bike rental just down the street. There could have been more poweroutlets though. If I ever get a chance will definitely come again.

Even a cheaper hostel is better. Don't go here. The room is bad and dirty, no isolation between rooms. Shower is not made for adults. The one star goes to the friendly staff.
