1 star is MINUS ONE STAR. This was my 1st experience of an F1 hotel, and it'll be my last. Booked a one night stop over for the family on the way back from Italy and I think we should have slept in the car. Similarly priced to a Premier inn but that's the only similarity, absolutely stank of fresh cigarette smoke, extremely noisy and the rooms are.....well it's a room. You won't be alone in your room because we shared ours with a couple of cockroaches, only little ones but never the less cockroaches. There's bits of trim hanging off the walls a black ceiling around the aircon unit, so that's never cleaned. No water in the sinks of the shared toilets but there was toilet roll 👍 We had burn marks on the duvets and floors don't even want to guess how or why they were there. If you do stay here don't bother with the breakfast, and the breakfast area is just weird but it's France so meh just get on with that. I just can't recommend this hotel if you are traveling with the family, might be ok for someone traveling alone by bike etc for a quick head down and go, It is an absolute disgrace as a hotel.

Great quality price Hotel! The staff are really friendly. The breakfast is nice too and consists of a buffet with bread, jam, honey, beverages, cake... The "cabriolet" room is quite small, but very practical and clean! Note: if you want a private restroom (shower and toilet) you need to ask for a "Cabriolet" room. This hotel propose rooms with none of the above at a less expensive price and it can be confusing for first timers.

The only pros is that this hotel is cheap. We booked a room with a big bed for two people and toilet inside with only 97€/3 night. But it was super tiny (only 9m2) and it was quite smelling. The light at the hall in front of our rooms was broken so it was quite cripy 😅😅 When you use lavabo in the toilet, you can't help water spray everywhere. Around 10 mins walk to bus station and 13 mins walk to metro stations. Oneside it faced the highway. If you travel with limit budget then you can consider but if you just ready to pay a bit more (like 5€/night) I think you shall find a better place.

Terrible experience.. Rooms and hallway had a strong stench of cigarettes. Air conditioning was caked with smelly dirt and dust. The mattress-.. I slept inside of tanks that were softer than the mattress the hotel offers. located right next to one of the busiest highways in Europe.. at least the windows were thick enough so it wasn't too noisy. I guess in the end, you get what you pay for.

Money-quality is high here: there are practically no other hotels in central Lyon at this price point. All the basics are provided here: bed, chair, desk and sink - only towels are missing but I could remember to pack my own next visit. It is not ensuite but toilets and showers are nearby. Everything is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful (even though we turned up late 1 in the morning!). Keep up the good work.

A little bug in the shower, a little bug next to the bed and a child working behind the counter, this is really sad. This song is a tribute to the worst place in hell. Cockroaches are cute when they're outside in the nature, buuuuuuuuhuuuuuut, not next to me. 'singer speaking to the audience's: now repeat after me '1 star hotels suck yooooooo'

simple room , comfy bed, all basic amenities, ideal for a late night crash and an early start

Toilet dirty and parking not available on the 2nd january though the notice was only until the 1st january. Bearing in mind the neighbour hood is far from reliable this didnt help. Ive stayed at many f1 hotels and have been just fine but this one has been the worst. Not recommended.

Really bad hotel! I cannot believe that the receptionist invited his friends to the hotel at midnight for partying!? They did make a lot of noise that keep me waking up serveral time in the mdnight! Such a horrible stay!

Was quite dirty and had a pimp stood outside. Parking was OK and secure which was good as the area isn't great. Air con in rooms but with the fan running at such a low speed it doesn't really make much difference

Nice staff but the room was very dirty, including lots of stains etc in the toilet (I had a room with attached bathroom)

It was infested with bed bugs. I got bitten and I spent the night awake itching and burning, and the person at the reception ignored my need for assistance.

For the price is good. But i really hate shared bathrooms.

Very friendly personal at the reception desk, the builing is made from ship containers, at least there is a nice football field in front of the hostel. Nice rooms and comfortables bed, nice view of the highway and industries. I can recommend the pizzeria in front of a really nice and well mantiened french garden
