This is a legendary transformative experience. I'd rate this 6 stars if I could. I've been twice and both times it has changed my life. I still remember my meal here from 4 years ago, and I'll remember the meal I had here today for years to come as well. The food has transcended being good and instead is pure artistry on a plate. It looks as good as it tastes too. The chef is obviously very passionate about cooking and personally greets and serves every guest himself when he isn't in the kitchen cooking. For those looking at the price and wondering if you want to spend that much on dinner, my advice to you, is just do it, and you'll walk out saying to yourself that you'd spend three times the amount just to eat here again. I cannot say enough good things about it. Shut up and go eat there.

It was a French restaurant by a Japanese chef. Taste is so nice, high quality with good price. The atmosphere inside is a bit simple. (無機質な印象) Overall, it’s nice place to have a good French!

What a wonderful dining experience! Very welcoming, Beautifully presented food with delicate and well balanced flavours. Easily a spot I will be returning to often! Very nice touch that the chef came out and greeted us to say a few words. Probably my new favourite spot in Lyon!

Amazing dining experience on our first evening in Lyon. Multiple course meal, everything very tasty and interesting with loads of flavor, good wine, excellent service, and the chef came by to say hello at the end. Would definitely come back.

Went here on a whim while visiting Lyon. Unbelievable experience. The server was more than gracious, the food was perfectly light but remarkable, and the chef greeted us at the end of the meal. We even ended with a Wasabi macaron. Can’t stress how magical this place is. If you’re in Lyon, you MUST come to Saku.

Good and tasty food. There is a combination of Japanese and French cuisines and cooking style. The products were fresh and the service was extremely polite. We got an unexpected macaron at the taste of wasabi. The night we were there, the place was half crowded and the service was very attentive to all of us. I recommend

It was an amazing experience ! We went there for my husband's birthday and we were surprised by their food. Delicious food accompanied with great hospitality. Without any doubt it’s one of the best French restaurants in Lyon. Highly recommend to try and enjoy their wonderful cuisine inspired from Japan.

Perfect! Delicious food, very nice presentation and great service. If you take the menu the price is really good for the amount of food you get. They gave me tap water, a little starter, bread and a sweet treat at the end for free. I really recommend it.

Amazing experience! From entering the restaurant, getting seated and finishing with a wasabi and white chocolate macaron. All the dishes were amazing 😍 I will definitely come back. They change the menu every months. The chef and waiters are so nice too

Amazing experience. We tried the 20 euro 3 course lunch menu, and the fusion of Japanese and classic French cuisine was divine. Plus kudos to the lovely chef who took time out to greet us after our desert. A booking is recommended as they get busy.

Best restaurant I have been to in a long time! The plating was beautiful, and the textures great too. All the dishes were excellent, stimulating different senses with hints of Japanese flavours. I especially enjoyed the aubergine millefeuille croquette - the best croquettes I have ever had. The chicken in the filo pastry was so juicy and flavoursome too. The amuse bouche and the wasabi macaron petit fours were great touches. The Japanese were very attentive, even though they were so busy. I was impressed by their French, especially with the chef coming out to greet each table. We went here between bistrot tetedoie and bar 1917 at Le Petit Nice in Marseille. When it comes to value for money, this place wins by a mile! Hope they don’t increase prices after this review, but maybe they will receive a (deserved) Michelin star one day! ご馳走様でした。非常に美味しかったです。
