I would rate 0/5 stars if possible. I spent 4 long nights in this "hotel". Room is small, old, not so cozy, but it is not a big problem. The real problem was the noise from the other rooms. I think the walls are made from paper or something, because I could hear every conversations, TV, singing (sic!), laughing etc. It was a big challenge to fall asleep. Headphones with music helped. Quilt was also old, with couple of burned places, by cigarettes i think. Breakfast.. i know it costs only 6 euros. I didn't expect anything sophisticated but no ham, no cheese, no eggs.. I was really surprised when couldn't find anything with proteins that i could combine with a baguette... Staff: I met 3 people. 1) Kind guy who speaks English well, but couldn't print invoice for me and let me wait one day for his friend who can do it. By the way, he scanned my ID card and keep it. When I asked why he wants to do this, he answered that it is for the police. It is the first hotel in Lyon and around when someone do this. 2) Girl, who should prepare invoice for me. I asked her for that in 2nd day, she answered that it will be prepared in next morning. It wasn't. And when I asked again, she let me wait another day... Every time when I saw her, she almost sleeps behind the desk 3) Older woman, very kind. Finally she could prepare invoice for me even if computer using was a little challenge for her. She doesn't speak English, but she was every kind and helpful. It was the only positive thing in this hotel.

I spent 3 weeks in Premiere Etape Hotel and I love it. It is simple, clean and comfortable . The people working there are friendly. The restaurant is cute and true french. It is close to public transportation.

Accueil mitigé avec je pense la patronne qui hurlait à l’accueil L’hôtel était soit disait complet mais parking vide On me donne une chambre pour 4 on est 2 mais le geste commercial a été fait mais alors je vous dis pas l’horreur ensuite chambre puanteur de cigarette dans cette petite salle de bain et envahissante dans la chambre obligé de dormir la fenêtre grande ouverte toute la nuit avec le sale temps qu’il a fait hier ... couette trouée de boulette ou de cigarette Les oreillers je sais même pas si on peux les appeler ainsi ... Les draps tacher avec de poil ou des cheveux ... bref à revoir sérieusement car le prix ne les vaux pas !!! Il y a des hôtels tout neuf avec des prise de partout même pour les tél avec usb au mur avec une vrai salle de bain pour moins chère en tarif !!!! Donc à éviter pour dormir !!!!

Pour commencer nous avons appris à notre arrivé qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner possible dans l'établissement et que les distributeurs de café et boissons fraîches étaient hors service. Drap avec trou de cigarette, plafond de salle de bain avec des moisirures, robinet de lavabo non fixé, pas de pression d'eau à la douche Etat vétuste de la chambre en général et pour finir l'échelle qui monte au lit superposé n'est pas fixé ce qui est relativement casse gueule. Bref ...ça dépanne

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un centre d'hébergement, obligé d'écourter mon séjour pour cause : chambre sans électricité, insécurité dans l'enceinte de l'établissement y compris sur le parking ,interpellation sans cesse des résidents pour de l'argent, ou du tabac ,l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier mal famé, impossibilité de verrouillé la porte de la chambre. Conclusion:dormir devient presque impossible. A déconseille fortement. Passez votre route.
