Tried to find vegan food in Village Vacartier after spending time on the slopes. Found only one place with a single dish. Even that was not up to the mark and the rice was full of vinegar and sour. Sent the dish twice and finally just ate it as no option for my 5 year old grand daughter. The fries and onion rings were also fried in the same oil which they used for frying chicken and fish. They had spaghetti but that was also with meatballs. It’s not Difficult to Cater to people dietary preferences and wished they could make food which is allergy free. Looks nice and kids friendly with the jungle theme but not for Vegan Vegetarian people. Would not go back.

The food here was awful and it's expensive. The atmosphere is horrible and there were so many flies that we didn't even want to stay but unfortunately your options here are limited. I recommend driving back to Quebec for a meal. Took a nice picture of our friendly flies. Stay away!

Very slow service. Waited for an hour to receive our food. Not fun to entertain hungry and exhausted kids for so long. Really unfortunate.

About a 1h wait to get seated with half the menu unavailable. Staff looks lost as hell.

5 flies flying around our dinner table and fish and chips came from the freezer. General Tao dish was decent. Max & cheese for kids - very questionable. Smelt damp and old in the restaurant. Service was good and staff friendly.

The staff is super nice. The restaurant needs to be gutted and rebuilt. The food made me wonder if anyone knows how to cook. Ordered nachos which to me was made by someone who never seen them before. So wet with sauce it looked like a stew, barely any chips. The mixture was tasty but hardly any resemblance of veggies or cilantro. I really felt like offering to teach them how to make them.

Waited in long for a long time with no acknowledgment. Then finally someone came walked by and I asked for a table for 13. We assumed he was getting it ready when he walked off. We continued to wait. At this point there was a huge line behind us. Another lady walked by and I asked about our table and she told us to go to the cafeteria across the hall even though we said we didn’t all have to eat together. But she was still not interested. And there were many open tables. We drove 30 seconds up the road to a very nice pub. Worth the short drive.

Affordable, poutine was delicious, fish and chips were fresh and well done. No complaints!

Didn’t even get to try the food that people on these reviews say is apparently gross, service was extremely rude from the beginning about reservations and seating, not just with me but also with other families. Have a good attitude working with customers maybe this place would have more than 2 stars.

There's not much to say. You'd have to experience it to feel it. For the buffet, we get charged $33 per person, and there isn't much variety. The taste isn't that great as well.

For what’s good this restaurant has a really good environment. Very clean even when serving food. The waitress was really kind and friendly but what I didn’t enjoy was the food from the kitchen. I usually check the reviews before going to any restaurant but I had so much fun doing the slides I thought the restaurant would be as good but it was terrible.They gave us our appetizer burnt. I also ordered the Alfredo pasta which is one of their more expensive items in the menu and it was a really small quantity with absolutely no taste. For the price I paid I didn’t receive the food that i expected! One thing I learned from this experience is to never come back !

If all else is closed (Christmas Day) then no complaints. But as others said this is not a restaurant, with restaurant like prices .
