    Just straight cheap over priced food. Will never go back. Fine I had a chicken burger that was made with frozen or left over. Was very dry and frys also cold. I had heard of the great service, food and price but that day made it sure I am never going back. Thank you for your condescending feedback that clearly support my review.

    I had to wait over an hour before my food even arrived. All the waiters were attending other tables instead of ours. We were told to wait because the food would be worth it, but when it arrived it was just average. Not the mention the temperature inside felt colder then outside. By the end I couldn’t feel my toes and just wanted to leave. If your going to go to the Ice Hotel, just eat there. Your experience will be a lot better.

    The restaurant is small, but with great cuisine and menu! I recommend chicken wings and shrimp! The children and we were satisfied!

    Pizza was under cooked, onion rings with "house made special sauce" aka Kraft™ honey. Spend the extra gas money to get some food.

    My son and I stopped in from Ontario. We were down for the winter carnival. We stopped in for something to eat. The food was incredible. But not as great as the service we received. We only speak English. So it was nice that our hostess spoke both English and French. She was very kind. She helped my son. By writing out some ski hills near by. So he could go snowboarding. To me this went above and beyond excellent service. We will definitely be back......If not for there amazing food. Defiantly for there great customer service. They make you feel welcomed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.

    We went there yesterday and it is very near to the ice hotel (Hôtel de glace). They have a lot of food choices for adults and kids. The atmosphere inside is so chill. Also, I appreciate the server who was very nice, accommodating and friendly. She made an excellent job! I recommend to try their "soup of the day". Just surprise yourself.

    It was more tasty than the food served at Valcartier restaurants, and we tried every restaurant at the Hotel/parc. Portions are bigger also. And fast fresh. Was super friendly and no wait time.

    It was a mixed experience. The food was ok, not awesome, just average. Inside the pub is extremely noisy, not a place to have a conversation. Only two servers, none of which, at any point, stopped by to ask if we needed anything else. Flies were everywhere inside which became quite annoying after a while.

    The best onion soup we've had in Canada prepared in a unique way. The only pub in town besides a resort hotel would make you nervous, but the food was savory and local and perfect. The duck was fit for a duke.

    Wish I would have spotted this gem 2 days earlier...Great service from walk in to walk out..food was great..4 different orders all awsome...amd if you love onion rings then this is the spot..HUGE Order and HUGE onion rings..nothing was greasy...burgers were done to perfection...fries they use are the best for poutines...wasn't a fan of the coleslaw..family of four stuffed bellies for under 100$...I'll take it...thanks again.

    I went there for brunch before going to Village Valcatier. I ordered the benedicts egg with duck and onion confit. That was really great. I really like it. So tasty. I recommend it to try that.

    My family and I had dinner here twice during our stay at Vacances Valcartier. The food and service here is infinitely better. Everything was great and they accommodated my super picky 5 year old daughter. Please don't hesitate to eat here if you're in town. It's only 900 meters from the water park.

    Went for supper, as it’s close by the water park. Food was served very quickly, hot, and nice portion sizes. Kids enjoyed their meal. Travelling with another family and they were pleasantly surprised, as they were judging a “book by its cover”. They were surprised and delighted by the service and their establishment.

    Great food. Friendly service. Good prices. We were staying at Valcartier and would recommend Pub St Gab vs eating at the Restaurants at the Resort which were overpriced and not good at all.
