Very cool hotel and safe. Personal lock on all doors and elevator. Fresh sheets and working warm water. Would recommend

Good value for the money, if you don't have much expectations. Good location not far from underground station and city center. Simple breakfast.

Very unsafe in the night. We arrived at night and there were shady people hangin around outside and inside the hotel. Never felt so unsafe at a hotel before.

Nice hotel! It was a good location for us, but might be a bit far out from the city center, if you are going there for the first time. Security locks over night from the door, to the elevator to your room, so don't loose the combination, since at night there is no one there to help.

Helpful staff. My booking was cancelled due to credit card issues but managed to get me a room even if it was full.

Perfect location. Good value for money. The bedroom door does not close properly There is a lot of dust behind and under the bed as well as in the corners.

Clean basic room. Comfortable bed. Excellent A/C. In residential neighborhood with convenient shops and restaurants around. 10 mn by metro from city center but can't beat the value.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to do a good research before doing the reservation in that hotel because of the unexpected changes of my programme. The room was extremely simple, without bed cover, not enough clean, like an empty room. The price I paid was too high for its poor quality. I decided find another hotel for the next night instead of staying at the same place which turned out to a very good decision as I was in a better quality place with much better price.

The hotel is very tidy. Friendly staff and fast and correct service. A wider choice of fresh fruit and whole wheat products for breakfast would be nice.

Employees make most of the stay. Should remind this simple statement to all your employés.

Great location short train ride into town. However the bathroom in our room was dirty and the beds were hard as the ground.

I stayed in some B&B but this one was too basic. 186€ 2 nights and not even a soap to wash hands! A tiny bag to put garbage at the toilet. The temperature of the bedroom was extremely hot and impossible to control. Not repeat definitely.

Didn't enjoy the lack of human touch, self check in was quite intimidating. The Wi-Fi was breaking up, there was no hair dryer or hand soap in the room. Overall the experience wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.

Decent size and very comfy bed. The towels weren't all there and the soap, so needed to chase that up. Also the air-conditioning didn't seem to work, so we opened the windows to get fresh air circulation.

The person at the counter for the welcome was competent and friendly. The room: clean, good bed and cushion. The bathroom: no dedicated towel for the hands (we shared a room the 2 of us) no soap For the hands, we had to lean each time into the shower to wash our hands. This was a problem the whole stay. We made do but it could have been more convenient. The breakfast: nearly all is Processed food! 1 fruit only, apples in a basket (they were not good quality). The scrambled eggs were done in the microwave and a very bizarre texture. I could not eat it. The bread all processed and very low quality, maybe from the freezer. The coffee was good, the butter was of good quality. There was an organic yogurt option. The jams were good not too sugary. There was 1 type of muesli with oats and goji berries which was of good quality. The croissants and petits pains au chocolat were also ok. I would really add more fruits and bread of higher quality. The breakfast room was clean and well maintained. A guy at reception (evening) was not very competent or interested when I had an issue with the parking code and could Not get the parking door Open to Go up to the Hotel. He had not checked that we had not paid it yet and therefore had issues with the activation. I think he was a student., but had Little capacity/interest to learn it seems. We also informed him That we had to park on 2 parking spaces because 1 car had parked over 2 already. And he was not interested. When in fact that was important because he was missing a space. Anyway appart from him no issue, the woman we had for the rest of the stay was very nice and competent. The location: we arrived on foot from the tram and it was quite far, best to go to the mon plaisir-lumière metro station. There is not much to do around there but only a few stops from the city center. There was a good market on Saturday morning in a Place close by (1mn walk) where I got fruits and vegetables.

It is a great hotel with a good location to public transport. Good access and everything was really clean. Also the employees were very kind. I would only suggest to place sitting options in front of the hotel.

I would like soap in the bathroom and daily room cleaning. The pillows were too small and soft

Overall nice stay concerning the price and quality of the room. We had a nice and clean room, towels and shower gel. Getting the wifi code took a long time and as the room was directly over the entrance, we heard people getting in and out of the hotel very often (entrance's doors slamming). We parked our car down in the parking space that's underneath the hotel and it was very convenient. The metro going into the city was very close (3 min walking) and there's a grocery shop just next to the hotel.

When I arrived the person in the reception was very rude and not helpful at all. It was a very bad first impression. After that, it went pretty well on my own.

Very basic and simple hotel, with code system for access. It has good connection to Euroxpo and as we were for exhibition we saw that majority of guest are for this exhibition as well. Room good, but my shower had some problems.

The price was ok, for what we got. The room was clean. Parking outside or underground. Not far from shops. Nice and friendly workers.

The room was basic but clean. I would have liked a hairdryer. The water was hot and the room was quiet, despite overlooking the road. It was a shame the coffee machine in the entrance was out of order. Breakfast needs to be ordered in advance ( you can't decide in the morning).

You get what you pay for. It’s a cheap hotel with very uncomfortable beds, poor water pressure in the showers and mediocre breakfast. The room was clean enough, though we could clearly hear every word our neighbours said to each other. The parkade seemed secure but was very dirty. Overall, if you can afford to stay somewhere else, I recommend you do so.
