We stayed in an executive suite for two nights, and almost everything was great. The room was spacious snd clean; the bed, comfortable; the AC, powerful; and the water, hot. We even had a view. The front desk staff was friendly. Many thanks to the kind woman who made me a coffee when I went down to the desk early in the morning with my baby. The only con was the teeny, tiny Nespresso machine in the room.

We had a great stay at this hotel passing through back to Ontario. Great rates when we called as well as a corporate rate. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Great pillows as well! The pool was wonderful, with two different saunas. The only downside was the ice machine was nowhere to be found. Overall a great stay though.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Huge tub. Bed was a little stiff but the bedding was soft and fluffy. We also ate here and visited the bar. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the nicest hotel i've been in in years. If you're staying in that area this is the place to be. Rooms are modern the bar and the restaurant are both amazing. Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room is beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. There is a whimsy in the smallest details, from new and fluffy bathrobes, to the king size bed with comforter that smells like new. A Nespresso machine in the room gives that nice breakfast smell to coffee lovers like me. A hot tub heated to 38 degrees completes your pool bath. The entire hotel staff is extremely kind, especially those who work serving breakfast.

Very nice, it was partly under construction but that was quite alright. The pool was wonderful and all the appliances were up to date. The staff spoke both French and English rather fluently so for those tourists who are not fully up to par on french you will still feel welcome here. Great views of the city.

I travel a lot. I’m a Hilton Diamond member, and spend over 100 nights a year in hotels. I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Lovely lobby, friendly staff and an amazing room and bed. I look at the small details, the towels are top notch, the toilet paper is high quality, there are creamers in the fridge for morning coffee and the bed and sheets are excellent. A very nice large screen TV also adds nicely. And last, but most important for many, the bathroom is really well laid out and lovely.

Restaurants were great. Rooms require renovation as they are dated. 2 free coffee capsules per day before paying for more is insulting. The coffee machine needs instructions. It is a zoo with the vaccination clinque using the main doors and the parking lot of the hotel.

The cleanest hotel or building I've ever been in. Reasonable rate for high quality accomodations.
