Pathetic service when we buy product and even when we keep for service. Staff faces, looks like they lost there job. Came to pick up my trottinette and make me to wait at Service après vente for half hrs…

Lot of brands and electronics options. Best prices are with 'fnac best value' tags. Also check out options which are relatively less expensive vi's a vi's other brands (Italian branded products are reasonably priced). Also check out refurbished section (USUALLY AT CORNERS) to see if you get lucky !

Not generous to english speakers , do not give installment offer even i presented a temporary title de sejour which is a valid document for travelling , i presented work contract , salary slips , home address , passport and bank account details. This is denial of service , i hopes this store gets closed , worst experience, no wonder amazon will kill these businesses.

A very iconic and popular place that exist since I was young (1989). I used to go there for book or multimedia shopping (computers, video games, music), the sellers are quite knowledgeable and we can see everything displayed.

If you want the latest and greatest, that is the place to go. I think they have the best prices and good return policies. Most all gadget fans like me, can find what they need in this store. Not to forget that the sales agents are knowledgeable.

What s*** service. Even though I want to buy a product of € 2100, nobody seems to acknowledge I exist when I stand at the query counter. Why would I then buy from you?

It’s good. They have almost everything in electronic which you will wanna get it. They dealing very nice and good with customers. But note that you can’t pay more than 1 thousand in cash in their Market. For example if you are buying something which cost 1400€ so you can’t pay it all by cash. This is sometime causing problem that you have cash but they don’t accept cash more than 1000 so i Hope this point will help someone.

There's a variety of products and a lot of things to choose from if you're looking for gifts or specific things for yourself/your home. The customer service lacked a bit as some workers didn't really know the places of the products. But overall it was a good experience.

Decided not to print the ticket but myu phone wasn't in my bag. Since I couldn't present any proof of purchase, I couldn't get the book out of the store. The Fnac agent kept the book while I went looking for my phone and when she handed me back the book I had just bought, it was scratched and the bookbinding was pressed badly. It was apparently thrown carelessly into a basket. Of course, I couldn't change it ... Thank you so much for respecting the books your customers buy ...

Helpful staff, English speaking. No big electric appliances for which visit Darty just in the opposite mall, ground floor. Fnac and Darty run by same management
