One of the worst McDonald’s ever! Food was cold and the salad we ordered was not delivered 👎. The standard of this McDonald’s in the Nice is the shame of the company as well of the employees in this restaurant. We were almost an hour at the restaurant and after 20 min we received the food, that was not so bad, the main problem was to find the clean table and seats for the whole family. At the end of our visit, they send one boy to clean the whole upper level, he made it clean, but it is too much for one man doing the cleaning job. Shame on you!

I preordered a double espresso and pain au chocolat at the screen, receiving a number for table service. Unfortunately, the staff member at the café section seemed to overlook my order for about 10 minutes. Eventually, another employee noticed me waiting and informed the café worker of my order. Despite this, there was still a noticeable lack of urgency, and after an additional 5 minutes, I had to personally remind the café staff of my order details. 🤔🍰☕

This was the worst fast food experience we have had. Thought we'd get a bit extra to eat after a small meal out. Ordered a burger and fries off the self-service computer. It took over 20 minutes to come and the burger and fries were cold when finally given to us. There were lots of other people waiting excessively long as well. This was the most disorganised and inefficient McDonald's we've been to

The worst McDonald I’ve ever been in. The very fact that we’ve been waiting 30 minute for our order would be justified if the meal would at least taste good but no. The burgers were literally cold and fries tasted like a rubber. Disgusting and shame. Service also very slow.

took a long time; like really long. never have i ever been at a mcdonald’s where we had to wait more then 30 minutes. fries were almost cold already and they forgot the coffee and the bread for the salad. toilets weren’t clean at all, but it was very very busy so i won’t blame them on that one. wouldn’t go here again.

Truly is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Mind-boggling to say the least. Order at the kiosk, to go order, waited 20 minutes right next to the register for the food. Where are all the employees? Hiding somewhere. I finally find someone and ask where my order is, he replied "sorry" and walks away. Waited longer until someone else comes out from hiding, where is my order??? "oh sorry!" It's been sitting there the entire time... The lady working the café area was extremely nice and generous. I thank her for being very nice.

The reviews don't lie. This place is shocking!Waited ten minutes for my food and I was the only one there! When I asked for it they then were bothered to make it. Dreadful service and terribly delivered food. My egg and bacon muffin was dreadful, under cooked egg, cold muffin and bacon. Disgusting, Stay away! Worse McDonald's ever! Like comments below, I've eaten McDonald's all over the world. This one should be closed down asap!

Food was good, nice servers but really disgusting interier. The tables were so dirty, also the ground. I better take my food to the street. Maybe the CEO should hire more cleaners

The place looks neat on the inside, very styalised. The ice cream I ordered tasted good, but thats about everything nice I can say about this McDonald's... I waited a solid 15 minutes for an order of a single ice cream, just for a man who looked like the manager to come out and make it himself! Despite there not being that many people inside. Overall not a pleasant experience

Terrible service, we have been waiting 55 minutes for our order. There is no display to see our order progress. The staff cannot tell us anything. Though someone did eventually assist, almost one hour is too long to wait. I have never had an experience like this. An offer of complimentary ice-cream does not compensate for our lost time. We are visiting from Ireland and I hope everyone sees this review. A horrible impression for any visitor to your beautiful city.

The worst McDonalds experience. Dirt, reluctance of staff, Coca Cola without syrup only water. Complaint unsuccessful. In a word, horror !!

We ordered the two items in the picture below through the kiosk and went to the cash register to pay with cash at which I was told the order would be brought over to our table. After waiting for over 40 minutes, I went up to ask when our order would be ready and one worker told me that they couldn’t make either of them for some reason. She said she could either give my money back or give other items instead such as fries or other drinks. No one ever came looking for us to tell us that and I’m sure they would’ve done nothing unless I went up to them and asked first. I returned to the register after talking to my friend and explained my situation to another worker and he finally gave us our order and one of the items wasn’t what I ordered. Also, I saw the one that was made wrong being taken out of the fridge. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are fine with wasting your time and money, as well as possibly ruining your mood for no good reason.

Click and collect and waited 58min to get my order. Lot of people and management only put 2 people working. Unfair! And it was really bad i would have ate at a nice restaurant and finished while waiting at macdo for an order of 1 burger.

The worst McDonald's ever visited. Dirty tabels and floors. We waited 30 minuts on our food. Thw food was cold and the pommes was soft and unfinised. The aircondition wasent turned so there was so hot in the restaurant. We Will defently not come back

Only kiosk service in-store for ordering. There was a long queue during my visit. Staff members are not so helpful, so we were spending more time at the kiosk to look for the items. Over crowded and tiny space.

Hehe, it's what I always say, you either love or hate McDonald's, and I love it, so of course I like it. Enough spaces to sit, bathrooms available, and friendly staff, overall cleaningness was also good, although nowadays customers contribut a lot to it. Prices were not too steep, similar to the Netherlands and a little more pricier than let's say Italy or Spain

The staff was really kind and helpful, they did a very good job. Very few vegan/ vegetarian options and a 20 min wait for the food. Seemed like they were very understaffed and therefore not top notch. The staff made my day tho!

dirty, some junkie bothering people roaming free as a bird, despite there being maybe 5 customers, they managed to burn my burger, fries were okay though. All in all, avoid this location like you would avoid the devil himself. I was just about to end this review but the junkie started a fight with an employee and threw the burger at her xddd

Employees have been very very slow compared to any other McDonald's I've been in before. No screen to follow up on finished orders ready to pick up. The food was also not that good. Other franchises simply put more effort into it. The restaurant itself however was styled quite nicely and as far as I'm concerned clean.

Food ok when it eventually arrived ! Great loxation in Nice's shopping district, but that is about it. Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Chaotic ordering, long waits, filthy tables, filthy toilets! Staff trying hard, but understaffed I guess . Where's the order progession screen? Not a repeat experience

Nothing works here , food is cold and not up to Mc Donald standards, service is ridicoulus : there is no screen with order numbers , no numbers to be put on the table and waiters like zombies going around tables whispering order codes only in french eventually finding the clients after lot of time. Cleaning is not an option : the restaurant stincks and toilets are literally worst than a Calcutta sewage. This place needs to re-think and re-organize what they are doing eventually closing to be fully santized. Never ever again.

While waiting for my order, some young guy with longer blonde hair probably realised they mistook an order, he took the fries off the tray with his bare hand (the fries, not the paper, he took all the fries in his hand) and threw them back in the fryer. Nobody in the kitchen that we could see was wearing gloves. I normally would not call out a person so distinctively, but I see comments are not really taken into consideration and we are going through a pandemic. So sorry but I have never seen anything so gross.

I have rarely seen such a dirty place. It's absolutely disgusting, and the toilets smell all the way to the ground floor - I don't even want to know how they look. The service is very, very, very slow and the food and drinks almost always cold. It's the worst McDonald's I have ever seen - avoid at all cost.

I was waiting for my order for 31 minutes. The restaurant was not that busy either. The food did taste as expected and was still hot when it arrived but it was a very long wait.

Took 40 minutes for our order. When we finally got it, it was missing a burger. Other from the long wait, it was a normal mcdonalds.

I waited for almost 20 minutes, and when I finally asked about my order, I was told it was not available. That would have been nice to know 20 minutes ago. The staff was kind enough, but the ordering system is very bad. If something is unavailable, make it unavailable in the menu, thanks.

The egg muffin was ok for a quick snack. We had a quick trip before heading to the Promenade. Staff are friendly and facilities are appreciated. I downgraded my review to 2 stars because there really wasn't much selection for vegetarians. Please add more options. The McDonald's in UK everywhere are actually better just for this.

We nipped in to grab something quick to eat after arriving in Nice. A terrible decision! The food was inedible and as for the state of the toilets - Google reviewbots won’t let me say directly what the floor was covered in but you can imagine! Both types! The absolutely most vile facilities I have ever encountered!

1. Took a very long time. 2. No napkins or straws. 3. Fanta was very orange and colored the paper cup. 4. Fries are better in Germany. 5. Women's bathroom was dirty, gross and flooded. 6. Second pack of ketchup couldn’t be opened.
