There was enough place for us, yet the server denied place.. from what we saw, if you are non french, please dont visit this Bistro.. a restaurant which can treat a family with a kid in a rainy afternoon like this has got no manners or a conscience.

An unusual place to eat, menus available via QRcode, not a great selection. Great sharing platters but most of the hot food comes via the microwave, not what you expect when ordering seafood risotto in a French restaurant - won't be going back And yet we watched your staff using them from where you chose to sit us.

One of the most disappointing restaurant I have been in France. You think Reims the capital of champagne it must be a good experience. Nothing further away from the truth. The fish burger a was a piece a salt, the vegan burger was some uncooked vegetable patty splattered over a bun. The only decent thing was the tap water. Let’s not talk about the champagne sold as a premier cru blanc de noirs. It was some cheap cava and had nothing of the complexity of flavour expected by a champagne. A total rip off. Just don’t go especially if you are a tourist.

We went to Reims on a Monday which now we know is not so great as most food options are closed. We walked into another establishment and were met with some not so friendly locals. When we thought all hope was lost, we stumbled on Bistro du Forum. While (trying) to reading the menu, a man greeted us and made a joke that the food was terrible while laughing - I'm not sure if it is the same for other countries but for an Australian, this self deprecating humour felt like we were at home. We could not have been luckier that the other place made us move on. The food here was 10/10 and the service was 12. They were so nice to us that we stayed on for a post meal drink. It was the experience in France we were searching for. Compliments to the staff and chef. I am not one for reviews (as you can see by my profile) but this was much deserved.

The food here is quite bad. Lovely central location for a drink with friendly service but please do yourself a favor and don’t stay for a meal. The ingredients are not fresh and poorly cooked. The tuna tataki has a grey color and the shrimp in the risotto is completely over cooked and shriveled up. The best dish we had was probably the cheese plate and caprese salad as they did not require any cooking.

Lovely food and very friendly and helpful staff. Fries and burgers delicious for kids (7 and 8). Tartar was fresh and tasty. Nice place to sit in the sun too.

Busy place which speaks for itself. It's popular. Worth going for a good meal at prices you'd expect.

The guy who runs the place offers an impecable service and works really hard to make sure you are happy with everything. A great selection of red and white whites. Chilled music. A great night, Thankyou.

If you want a drafted beer, a nice tartare classique and great musik like R’n’B, the Cure,… I recommend! 👌🏻

Good food in a friendly and relaxed environment. Starters of snail and foie gras with 2 flutes of champagne, bottle of wine with dinner, (blue steak au poivre and a moutarde burger). A cafe gourmand each to finish. 116 euros. On a quiet Monday evening in Rheims this was a very good find. Impossible to fault.

Stopped for mid afternoon drinks. Also ordered assiette de fromages to share on the table. 4 local cheeses served very good

Such a great atmosphere on our first night in Reims. We decided to both go with the classic steak tartare and both really enjoyed it. The best thing was the enthusiasm of the staff, always ready to help and very attentive. We saw a few reviews that didn’t reflect our experience. Great wine too. Very relaxed and a highly enjoyable experience.

Had a great evening here. Just intended to go for a drink but got a table outside the front and ended up staying. . Had Bavette Steak with fries etc and thoroughly enjoyed it. The waitress was very helpful despite my French being extremely limited. Great atmosphere in the square too.

Nice place with wonderful atmosphere. The reason for only 3 stars is the service- it takes 10 minutes from ordering a drink to receiving it. With that said, the bar staff were working really hard and were very nice. Just understaffed.

It was a nice warm autumn afternoon. We sat outside in the square (next to a whole bunch of local cops). I had a nice Niçoise salad (which was sort of deconstructed) and a glass of beer. Friendly staff. You do have to walk back inside to pay the bill.

Very good lunch, as usual. My go to here is the tartare, that I enjoyed on the heated terrace. Fantastic perk in October. Very good quality to price ratio and nice service as well.
