Very lively bar/restaurant in the heart of the Old Town with a wide selection of interesting beers.

Great for beers and snacks. Unfortunately they were booked for dinner so we went some place that was awful. Then we went back here for more beer and snacks. Good vibes.

Such a great place in the heart of the old walled town! Absolutely delicious food. Really cool mix of French style dishes and some fusion elements like leek sushi or deep fried pork belly and soy glaze. Lots of places in France (like the others on the same street) serve traditional food which is great, but so so nice to have something a bit different too. Also went there for some cider whilst exploring the basilica and chateau on another day. Would very much recommend!

Excellent bar for beer-lovers. Great range of ales on pression and in bottle, well-kept and well-served. Situated in the historic old town, it's surrounded by plenty of good restaurants. But it is quite a steep walk uphill from the shops and hotels of the new town down below. Well worth it though!

Rate 5 star review. This place is amazing. Great selection of wine, cool fitout and buzzing with locals. They also do amazing platters, great for a light lunch. Well worth the visit and fairly cheap.

Both the vegetarian and meat dish were excellent.

At least 4 stars, maybe even five, for the small pub standard. A very welcome formula in Boulogne. It was also popular with the locals, which is a good sign. Friendly service, lots of tasty draft beers and wines to choose from. Try the Black Swan if you like dark beer/porter! The tomatoe juice was nice as well and correctly served with spicy salt and tabasco. They also have a small store inside where you can buy a lot of the stuff they serve, so we 'looted' some nice beers : )

Great find. Lots of locals and a really lovely atmosphere. Food looked good though we didnt eat. Have a very decent craft beer selection to buy in a small room at the back

The cave and the "Granche" seem to be one place with two concepts open at different times. This can be a bit of a puzzle, but this is the hippest place in the fortified town. Nice selection of beers and wines! You can sit outside in the courtyard or watch people on the street go by on the terrace. Very friendly staff!

A wine and beer bar with the best charcuterie plates or fish rilettes to share at democratic prices. A lively atmosphere of locals and tourists. Friendly and great value.

We just called in for a drink on a mid day early evening. The place was nicely busy with a really good and relaxed atmosphere. I only tried a fairly steady beer as lots of them were really strong and I had a while to go. My wife really enjoyed her spritz. Yeah, I got a really nice feel here and would gladly return should I find myself back in Boulogne Sur Mer.

We just visited for a few drinks but it was a busy and lively place. The restaurant area at the back looked really good, an interesting menu, as did the bar food. We'll come back to try it.
