Ye Olde Orchard Pub & Grill

This was my first visit to any Ye Olde Orchard location and I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the ambiance and the staff was fantastic! Friendly and personable. My Negroni drinks were superb. The only gripe I have is that their front door would slam each and every time someone would come or go. It wasn’t amusing after a while. But otherwise a great spot for a drink. Next time I will certainly try their food. 😎👍

We went there for dinner on Thursday. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere, beer and cocktails were great. We had mushrooms & Swiss hamburger and grilled chicken burger. The portions were generous but flavor was nothing special.

I didn't eat so food I cannot comment on. Shocking how fat I am. But this was a drinking day. And drink I did. Bartender was great. Obviously a newer partner in this place. Cared alot. Felt very welcome. Love the design and feel of the place for an old irish/English bar. New seats outside when I was there. First day in fact. Stop in and you'll enjoy it. If you don't then you're weird.

Came here with my partner for dinner and a few drinks. The French onion soup and onion rings and been great. Unfortunately, the burger tasted burnt on the top however cooked alright in the middle. I was hungry so I didn't want to ask the waiter to remake it.

Northern Exposure had a balance mixture of sweetness and bitter Samosas had excellent taste Specially with the warm, friendly, and professional waiter, we definitely come back to this cosy and quiet pub. Yes, they had an open mic, and we could hear it beautifully in the back of the bar.

Hey, I can't vouch for anything else other than a cool building and a courteous staff that knows how to draw a Guinness. Great little sidewalk seating area, and the pub's windows slide open on pretty Montreal (non-winter) afternoons. Give it a go when you're in the area.

Nice pub, 2-3 TVs in the back to watch games, cocktails are not great… it is a pub! Order beer! Food is good (burger with fries)

Nice authentic Irish pub atmosphere. We went late in the afternoon and enjoyed a few pints and large delicious poutines. There were TVs so we could watch hockey which was nice. Service was good too. I would definitely come here again :)

Great pub and even greater Guinness

Besides the atmosphere, they have a great Trivia Night every Wednesday.

They're one of the only places I know that has lemon pepper chicken fingers, and they're the big boys too. (Not nuggets) Delicious, cool servers, laid back burger and beer type place. The fish and chips, and the braised beef is good as well. If I'm craving pub food at home this is my go-to place to order in. Onion rings, bufflow cauliflower, burgers, I've tried most of the menu and have been satisfied. 👍🏼 Good jorb! 👍🏼 Haha *edited to say: delicious food, cool servers. 😍

Great lunch here! My only complaint is that the beef brisket is only served at lunch and not for breakfast because I would eat it at 7am if I could!! So good. and I appreciated them being patient with our baby. 5 stars.

Great little hole in the wall, lived in the neighbourhood for years but recently discovered this spot. New regular spot! Breakfast is bomb, the potatoes are crazy good.

Whenever I venture into Montreal,on a Saturday afternoon to see my friend...who happens to live near this establishment...we most likely will start our evening at this pub.I find the poutine to be good ,or if I'm really hungry I'll have the Olde Orchard deluxe burger. This burger has yet to disappoint me. They also have a fairly good selection of beers...on tap or bottle!!. If you find yourself near this quaint little pub, I say to you stop in and check it out!!! And as I like to say...stay frosty my friends

The ventilation is inadequate. When sitting in the back room on a bench against the northwest wall, close to the entrance of the room, you can smell *all* the bathroom smells despite the bathroom door being ~10' away. I have no appetite for food, did not order food so I can't assess it but gave the food a good rating regardless based on my table mates seeming enjoyment of it. Service was excellent.

We appreciated the dining experience and professionalism at this pub of the neighbourhood! It was a plus when managers took extra care of the clients and we will be bringing friends back again and again!

Very cool experience here meeting Barkeep Seve, came in for my first Guinness. Amazing service, cozy ambience, good tunes and very cool crowd as well!

Watched the gold medal game here the energy was awesome! Service was fast and they were very accommodating and nice. Would recommend visiting !

Had an amazing time watching the Leafs vs. Panthers final this past Sunday night, and the service at the pub was top-notch thanks to Taylor, Liv, and Finbar! Even with the place packed and the energy high, Taylor and Liv were incredibly attentive, friendly, and fast. Finbar’s drinks were top notch as well. Perfect way to enjoy the game! Great vibes, better service, and I can’t wait to come back!

I was in the city visiting my daughter who attends McGill and needed a simple local bite to eat. This one came right up and I decided to try it, and thank goodness I did! Our waitress (Davis) was very attentive and had a great smile! The vibe was also excellent— watching the hockey game while eating a mac and cheese was just what the doctor ordered!

The food is good and it’s up fast. The atmosphere, also chill (I’d advise live music not to start until after a hockey game is done, and turn the volume of hockey games on, at least on the weekend). The service here though, leaves much to be desired. From the blonde waitress and her passive aggressive behaviour, to servers not knowing their drinks or understanding drinks orders, to servers openly gossiping in front of customers about other customers, it’s just an all-around mess. Some tables are in the way of servers and servers take it out on the guests instead of problem-solving constructively. I’m not one to be rude to any server, having been one myself, but service can really stand to be improved or the establishment needs to not underhire and overwork their staff before training them properly.

The pub is great! Good ambiance, awesome food (we ordered the vegetarian poutine), good beer and friendly staff.
