The visit itself was very nice, the doctor was very professional and kind but the pricing is shockingly expensive. I don’t have a french carte vitale but I was told it would be €25 when I spoke with someone on the phone. When I paid today, it was €75 for the visit! For TEN minutes of consultation! If you don’t accept travel insurance, the price should be communicated before the appointment. €75 is a big difference from €25. UPDATE: After the review, the doctor left me a voice message to say sorry for the misunderstanding and said to come in to get a refund. The business also left a response below and said that I could come in to get my refund. HOWEVER, when I actually came in, it was like PULLING TEETH. The reception wouldn't give me the refund, despite the voicemail and PUBLIC response on Google review. We went back and forth and finally the receptionist said ok you can leave your bank details and we will send it back to you in a month, while I can see she has a drawer full of CASH where she could've just refunded me then. I said no, I am leaving France the next day and my bank account will be closed. She said then she could not give me the refund and asked me to step aside. I said no, I insisted speaking with a manager. I played the voicemail to show them I was not lying and finally they huddled around going back and forth and then the manager took the money from the drawer and handed it to me in a super condescending way. There was no eye contact. She was speaking to her receptionist the whole time and basically brushed me aside. That whole ordeal took FORTY MINUTES. And I was only able to get my money back by raising my voice and refusing to budge from the front counter. If you don't want to give people refunds, then don't offer it and tell them they can come in anytime while your actual staff refused to.

Very helpful in getting me a last minute appointment for an ear infection! They spoke enough English for me to make sense of what was going on.

By far the best Medical office and probably (without a doubt the best ever). Thank you to every person there.

Ipso is amazing! I love how easy it is to get a same-day appointment in many cases, often including after-hours time slots. And their doctors are all both qualified medical professionals and also extremely good at listening to the person who comes to consult, and not just his or her symptoms. This is how it should be. Keep up the good work.

I can't recommend this health center enough. It is very easy to communicate with them (website/email). They are very responsive. The health center feels welcoming. Zen. The staff is friendly. They use technology which makes them super efficient. The doctor I saw (Clélia) was absolutely fantastic. She really listened. She asked excellent questions and she was diligent.

Had an appointment with Ines de Forton, she did not speak English but I translated everything and gave her my file. She was very in a hurry, when I did not understand French she got fisible irritated and just louder shouted in French again as if it will make me understand a language which I do not know. I understand not everyone has to know English but I tried my best to translate everything and express to her and was polite, would have been nice if she did the same or at least used gestures to show me. I was in emergency situation and very sick so it took me a while to understand her but this was unpleasant experience for me

I have been there twice and they are super professional. Most importantly, they make you feel at ease. The doctors really listen to you and explain each and everything to you. Taking appointments via their site makes it a lot easier and more convenient. I would totally recommend this hospital.

The doctor was very nice and professional. The staff charming and concerned. Over all This is a top-notch clinic for children and families or adults. I recommend it five stars

AWFUL. Booked an appointment and got there on time, waited for about 20 minutes only to be told that the doctor wont be showing up because i am the only patient booked for the morning. This is a medical care facility, make that make sense.

Hello. I agree with some comments mentioned before. Very nice welcoming, easy to take a RDV, a good location. But unfortunately I was disappointed with the medical service itself. I think a stranger in a metro would be more interested in medical treatment. Best

I had an appointment with Dr. Célia Bencharif and she is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. If you are looking for someone with an ounce of compassion or concern for your health, chose someone else. This doctor was dismissive and borderline mocking when I was explaining some ongoing medical issues I have had and how I had monitored them with previous doctors. In barely 5 minutes of taking to me, and with nearly no knowledge of my medical history she seemed to have made up her mind about how she could not or would not help me. I was recommended this cabinet, so perhaps I will try another doctor but I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. The front desk staff here is perfectly fine and the office itself is clean and modern.

Hello, Totally agree with the last comment. Really easy to take appointment via web site, a lot of availabilities. But the medical service itself is really disappointed. One prescription per appointment. So in case you need 2 medical advices/emergencies, please make sure you have 2 appointments, if not you will be lucky to come back for the 2nd emergency. This cabinet is here to make money and not médecine.

Extremely rude staff receptionist. Very unaccommodating. It’s a shame because I had once before great service here but no longer. Would never go back for any medical emergency.
