The restaurant doesn’t take reservations but queuing for a table is part of the experience! The dining room is simple but quite cosy with wooden tables and a fireplace on which some of the dishes are prepared. Service is very friendly and swift. Food is very traditional and comforting, the entrées were nothing incredible but the moules were very tasty and the sauce normande delicious. Mention to the cider, 100% local and perfect to clean the mouth. Overall, good experience!

We had lunch at La Flottille on a trip to Etretat to hike the cliffs. The food was delicious and beautiful and the cider was tasty. We would absolutely come back next time we’re in town.

Top of the line dinner experience in Etretat. It was already ten people in line when we joined to line in late evening. We were a little bit afraid of if the place will be closed, but everyone got in from the line. We ordered snails with mixed flavours to start and for the main course we had fromage salad and saucisse. All foods were very good and the customer service was fantastic. We had a great oleasure to have dinner in here. Very big recommendations!

Good restaurant! Even if it’s not a weekend and there are not a lot of tourists due to covid, we still had to wait in a line before enter. The food is fresh and tasty. Service a bit long, but it’s ok. We recommend to try grilled meat or fish here. Local beers are amazing!

Grilled sea bass and sausage were so tasty. One star less due to sand in the salat but overall still very efficient and good service!

Plain and simply - fantastic. The food was superb; perhaps the best muscles I've ever had. The service was excellent even though the restaurant was full. They spoke English sufficiently for my family. We arrived 15 min before opening and had one of the first tables inside (the outside tables went to the first 10-12 people in line. I would undoubtedly go again when visiting Etretat.

Take a chance and visit this restaurant if you want to try French cuisine. If you're hungry, come here for some tasty daurade, grillades, and entrecote. Order good parfait, profiteroles, and dessert crepes at La Flottille to change up your usual meal. You'll never forget the delicious house wine, cider, or calvados you can sample. Great coffee is one of the most frequently ordered drinks at this establishment. This location's excellent location makes it easy to reach even during rush hour. The excellent service and courteous staff are significant advantages of this restaurant. You will be charged a fair price for your meal. The lovely decor and pleasant atmosphere make visitors feel at ease.

Beautiful food at a great restaurant, it was clear from the huge queue to get in! Highly recommend trying the mussels, they were the best we had in the region - super big and juicy! The cider was also fantastic and the service was very friendly.

What a great little restaurant this is. Friendly staff, welcoming and fast service, and fantastic food. We had a table near the wood-fired grill and got to see the chef in action. I had a sea bream with roasted potatoes and it was incredible. Really a great place.

Very well done steak with good garnish included in price. You can watch cooking process and smell smoky meat smell right inside of restaurant. It became our favorite place to visit for lunch and dinner during our three days stay. Each day they changed meals of the day, enjoyed them every time. Mussels with dor blue cheese souse, sails, desserts were great too! Thank you guys for hospitality, quality and affortable prices ❤️

This restaurant is hot. It doesn't take reservations so you will always see people in line waiting. It was right next to our hotel so we decided to give it a try. Not bad. We really enjoyed our food.

Only two seating times each evening at 6:45 and 8:45 (no reservations) but oh man is this place well worth it! The pot of mussels is an absolute must for only €15 the amount you get is easily double that price- and the tuna/steaks are cooked perfectly over their open fireplace. Of course the deserts were outstanding as well! Easily our best meal in 4 nights on the French coast!

Excellent place. Very tasty food, especially everything coming from the charcoal grill which is run by a true barbecue pro! Prices are reasonable and you feel that this place is run by people with passion for down-to-earth french cuisine. Homemade sauces and herbal butter show their attention to detail. Only things to keep in mind: be there in time before 6:20PM for diner and preferably ask for a table on the terrace. It might get a bit hot inside especially closer to the charcoal grill...

We ordered mussels and the tuna( fish of the day) The taste of the mussels was great! But the mussels were too small, it was too much work for eating. The tuna was cooked on charcoal on really high heat so the outside was almost burnt. The strong taste of charcoal was dominant and couldn’t taste much the Tuna taste. All and all really good experience.

Very good food, A must to try at least once when visiting Etretat, the queue times can be a bit long and almost frustrating but it’s only because their food is really special. The service was great as well Recommended

An excellent meal and a great restaurant! The waiters are very sweet and attending, really top notch. The ratio of price / quality / size is great, the portion of mussels is really huge.

We very much enjoyed La Flotille. Though not being able to reserve in advance is a bit annoying, waiting in line to enter was totally worth it. We had the mix of cheese and charcuterie as starter, l'andouilette and mussles normande as mains. All very, very good. The Chablis is also a good pick.

Super cozy and atmospheric little restaurant which is specialized on fish. The terrace is small but if you get a table there you can also witness the life on the streets of Étretat. The meals are delicious, the service attentive and there is a lot too choose. Certain recommendation.

Delicious food grilled to order. Grilled in the fireplace in the restaurant. You can watch while you wait. Good selection of dishes and desserts. Friendly staff that served us quickly. The place is very popular. Arrive before they open and get in line to be seated.

Incredibly delicous food, wine, and great hospitality and service! Especially the wood-fire grilled entrecote is one of the best steaks ever tried!

This place was recommended by our receptionist at our hotel. The service is very attentive. We came right around opening time, there was a line up and it got full immediately after opening. We had grilled fish of the day and calamari. The price is slight more expensive than the same thing in Paris.

They do not accept reservation so there is a long waiting line for dinner. I appreciate that the waiters were coming out from time to time and ensuring us that soon we will get a table. Once we got inside, the service was slow but very kind. The muscles were excellent really. The rest of the food was okay. We enjoyed our evening very much. It is not perfect but compared to other places in Etretat - 5 stars.

The best meal we have had in France! The seafood here is just delightful. We tried the sea bass, mussels, chicken galette and soup of the day. Each dish was lovely. The portions are good and the pricing is sweet. Would recommend 100%

The place is very cozy. You can watch the chef cook with the big fire of wood. The waitresses were very friendly. The food was also delicious with smoky taste from the fire. The special food from the region Andouillette has strong taste but I liked it. Worth to try!

Excellent traditional French restaurant! Try the Etrecôte and the Mussels 👌🏻They also bring water for free. They accept no bookings, so it's first come first served! But it's totally worth it in case you need to wait a bit ☺️

Tasty mussels with cheese souse, potato, fish, salad - everything perfect. Especially cider. We were surprised by the taste, very interesting.
