The food and service at Le Cent was exceptional, the staff made it a memorable experience. The tasting menu was light and fresh, and pulled in Japanese influence into French cuisine. The wine pairings were perfect. This was the best restaurant we went to on our trip, a must visit for any foodies and winos.

The food is amazing here. All the dishes we tried were very creative and tasted great. The Octopus dish was the best! The service by all the people who work there was all flawless and they were super friendly as well.

Phenomenal! Chef from Eleven Madison NYC and while casual the food is very impressive with flavors and presentation. Loved each and every bite so much I went back a second time on vacation. If you are a foodie looking for a great experience in Bordeaux run don’t walk. Soon this brand new restaurant will be difficult to get into!

This restaurant in Chartrons has a very good reputation, the chef is very creative, and the service team is very professional. Each dish is unique and worth a try. But it is best to book in advance, otherwise there may not be a place.

I visited Le Cent 33 this past weekend and it was an all around fantastic experience. The ambiance is classy but hip, the staff took great care of us and the sommelier was fantastic. We opted to choose items from the menu a la carte and everything was delicious. I highly recommend the recently added octopus salad. We didn't get the lamb and regretted doing so after seeing the preparation, so if you like lamb, go for it. We recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bordeaux that is looking for a perfect dining experience.

I went with my dad and as soon as we went in they were really nice the atmosphere was good.We got the discovery menu for lunch and wow it was delicious.

Very nice staff with good knowledge on the food and wines served! We did the 6 course flight with the recommended wine pairings to go with that. Highly recommend a visit here, it’s not just another dinner out - it’s an extraordinary food and wine experience! Thank you!!

Go here if you want fine dining while in Bordeaux! There wasn’t a bad dish and everything was impeccable. The somme was the best we ever had, helped us find the perfect wines and explained so much about them and the area. Every dish brought a new surprise and had us scooping every last bit out. The menu decouverte was plenty for our party, but I wish we had done the larger one since everything was so good.

Use of ingredients has a dose of Asia which is amusingly delectable. Chef Fabien Beafour is friendly. Pay a visit if you're looking for a casual fine dining yet with all the good stuff of a proper fine dining intact.

I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. Fantastic flavor and knowledgeable well trained staff! This place truly deserve the Michelin star. I will return to Bordeaux just to eat here again.

I love this place. No fuss service, attentive and pleasant waiters, informal but professional atmosphere, and above all really well put together food. With a days notice they were also able to cater for vegetarian plates. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there.

Incredible dining experience! We loved all of our courses and did the wine pairing as well. The sommelier was so knowledgeable and talked to us between each course. The chef even came out at the end & chatted with us! Highly recommend if you love fine dining experiences.

Just incredible! My hubby treated me for my bday and we have had an experience to be remembered for a long time. By far, Cent33 can be considered as one of the best restaurants in Bordeaux! To start, the service is TOP NOTCH! If you have tried different restaurants in France, you have surely noticed that usually service is just terrible. Well, let me tell you, in this cozy restaurant we have been treated like ROYALTY. Thank you! The service staff is just wonderful!! Secondly, the food is more than DELICIOUS! Everything is sooo tasty, meats are juicy, textures rock, every dish has an interesting flavor… we looooved it! And presentation for each dish the cherry on top. I recommend to have the menu de degustation, it’s so worth it! Portions are really well served and believe me, you will be very full by the end of the degustation. Special mention to the octopus and the fois gras! But everything is ultra delicious. Thank you chef and the team for this wonderful experience ! Hope we can come back soon! 🙏🏻

We enjoyed the menu découverte immensely! Our party has diverse dietary needs and it was fascinating and oh so fabulous to experience how the chef has thoughtfully adapted the menu to our needs. Bravo to the entire team who made us feel so welcome and so special. Simply fantastic!

Heard about this place for a little while, and I was happily surprised of the restaurant. Cosy and still traditional. The food is quite an experience, and one of our top 5 in Bordeaux. If you don’t know your wine, don’t worry as their sommelier is extremely knowledgeable

Very good food. Menu has mostly cohesive elements (Asian inspired, citrus undertones), but some of the better courses buck the trend. The foie gras and the scallops were so so.

Been to France 3 times, best meal we’ve had. Get the tasting menu you won’t regret it. 6 courses including lots of seafood and one duck course. Wine was also great.

Such a great fine dinning restaurant with a modern casual twist. Food, wine, service, ambiance are amazing! Must try when in Bordeaux.

My favorite place in Bordeaux so far. Delicious and fun seasonal dishes at a very reasonable price. Great service as well, they speak English. Would highly recommend to those nearby!

Quality of food and plates are high, although some still more outstanding than others. What we did not appreciate is the extra charging on the menu: when going for wine pairing (55 euro per person) and asking for a slight addition to the liquor (bottle that you can buy online for 25 euros) you don’t expect extra 12 euro on the bill. Same when you are asked for coffee and tea and you buy the full menu (100 plus excluding wines) and you find extra charge for it. Small things that make a huge change.
