Incompetent staff...following a repair request (for a spa acquired in this brand) 3 weeks ago still no news. However, I called several times and sent an email with a reference. A worker was supposed to come to my house and to this day still nothing. Very disappointing… I had to fall back on a technician in the Paris region who took the time to listen to me and send me the right part. With the added bonus of video installation assistance... and all this for a very reasonable price... So move on if you don't want your vacation to be ruined...by people explaining to you that they don't just have you as clients..

Store and friendly boss, too bad the swimming pool construction subcontractors are bad. 15 years after building my swimming pool, disaster, the walls moved, we discovered the walls cracked, that the concrete blocks were not filled with concrete, and that there was no reinforcing steel in the walls. In short, I had to completely redo the pool with another, more serious service provider. No compensation was granted to me. There was an obvious non-compliance with construction standards, but the ten-year guarantee having expired, I was kindly made to understand that I would not get anything. 21,000 Euros of work without the liner which had to be changed, so normal.
