Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to receive a simple order. I use the application to make an order to be ready by the time I arrived and I waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes to receive my order and when it finally did get here the coffee and the breakfast sandwich where ice cold and I had to tell the young woman to go get me a fresh one. This is definitely not the place to come if you're in a hurry

We came on Christmas Day on our way to new Brunswick. Busy day due to most restaurants in the area closed. Service was fast and friendly. Easy ordering via touch screens that make us more comfortable due to English language choice. Ample parking, huge dining area (inside / seasonly outside) and washrooms available. Drive thru, delivery, take out and dining available. We ordered breakfast with hot chocolate. Everything was perfect as we ordered.

We were coming back of what we call here. A white noise street life at night in MTL. No sleep yet it's 10 am Sunday morning on the road no time to rest. This place make you feel like you're already doing your wellness routine so comfortable.

It took almost 40 minutes to get my order out. The food was cold and wrong. The tray had not been washed, but a new paper had been placed over the previous mess.

After waiting for over 20 minutes, being asked multiple time our orders and even taking a paper note of it, me and my friend didnt even get the proper meal. One of the most dispointing experience i had with mcdonald.

food is good. service is OK. we did wait a good 10-15 mins right in front of the drive thru speaker in the middle of the night before someone took our order. a small line even formed behind me.. but all good

Typical fast food establishment. Knowing what to expect, through this one of many fast food chains, neither my lovely wife Pat nor I were disappointed. Received what we ordered and I found mine delicious, as expected. Servers were hard working and attentive. Was comforting to see a worker going around cleaning tables and taking care or those not able (for some unseen reason) to put their garbage in the easily accessible garbage containers. No regrets stopping here for our lunch. Bathrooms were clean and well attended to as well.

Slowest of the slowest service to end up a completely cold coffee. I will never stop here again.

The lady behind the counter was so busy in the morning, but still assisted me when I couldn't get the machine to work for my coupon. Very positive experience.

Closed between 3 am and 430 am, but everything is still on, drive thru still open, staff inside, but no one tells you they're closed, they just ignore you until you leave. Change your sign to open 22 1/2 hours a day

Went during lunch rush drive thru was backed up but it went fast. Took around 10 minute from the time I arrived to when I lift

Below par McDonald's.... Not sure if they were shortstaffed for a weekday afternoon but the service speed was quite slow (only using the pick up window for payment and food pick up, for example). The food quality was also not fresh: fries were dried out and buns were slightly stale. Not expecting gourmet but also below am average McDonald's performance. This is extremely conveniently located to get in and off the highway. The parking lot is also connected to the gas station next door which is pretty convenient.
