A great room, with a nice view of Saitama Shintoshin Station, and access to Saitama Super Arena and Cocoon. The bathroom and western style tub was spacious, with lots of amenities. Large screen bilingual television, workspace for a laptop, refrigerator and free wifi.

An Absolutely clean hotel and the receptionist knows everything about the hotel. A bit far from the centre of Tokyo which is Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato, Shibuya and Shinjuku area, but so what? It takes 30 min to reach at Tokyo station and at the longest 1 h to reach most of the tourist destinations from the hotel. It's much more reasonable to stay there than expensive ones in Tokyo if you aren't in busy business trip. One thing to remember for Westen tourists, maybe you feel the room is smaller.

Hotel was clean and the rooms look pretty new. I heard from locals that the hotel was built not too long ago. Hotel is right next to the Saitama train station, a bunch of eateries, a 24 hour 7eleven, and Cocoon 1 2 and 3. Convenience is definitely this hotel's top selling point. I paid for the breakfast and was surprised that the hotel breakfast was actually really good. I would stay in this hotel again if I am ever back in the area.

First of all the service of the staff is outstanding. They are very very kind and professional. The room is clean, well-organized. You don't have to bring hair dryer, hair blush, body wash towel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, body shaver and laundry hangers. There are laundry machines and laundry dryer on the 6th floor, which is so helpful for long-stay travelers. Some restaurants and a convenience store LAWSON downstairs but they close in the night and morning. But you can get drink from a vending machine in the hotel, and food from the other convenience store or some other Izakaya restaurants within 5 min walk. Also, there is a large shopping mall which has lots of restaurants, shops, and clinics.

Really good place to stay. Got a lot of shopping malls around to shop. The railway station is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel lobby. Got easy access all the necessary amenities within 10 mins walk from hotel.

Small room but very nice. It would be better if the hotel provides the body lotion since Japan is very dry....

Clean and comfortable. The twin room was spacious enough for me (one person). It is convenient because it is connected to a shopping mall with various restaurants and convenience stores. For business, for youngs.
