Cleaning of the room is pretty much attentive. The view of the night view from the room, the lighting of the deck of the second floor connecting the building such as the joint government building and the super arena, from the station, the feeling of new city feeling at all. The receptionist's woman was not in a cheesy business hotel, kind hearted, not elegant, very feelable. When I go next time, I want to take my family. The hotel is classy and chique. It is quite an upscale place. Room rents vary depending on the day of the week. Weekends are usually expensive. The ambience is soothing. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is situated at an ideal location and connected to Saitama shintoshin station and the cocoon shopping malls. A well deserved 5 stars.

Recently friends from India, visited Japan, and I booked two rooms in this hotel. The hotel people take care of the visitors. They provide good food for breakfast and the hotel is very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning to visit Japan and want to stay near saitama Shin to shin area.

Very comfortable stay for my business trip in Saitama; I would definitely return. I only wish I could get them to stop replacing towels and robes every day... What a waste! Also, more variety for breakfast would be nice -- especially for those who stay several days, the exact same "washoku" or "youshoku" breakfasts get kinda boring.
