Pictures can be deceiving. Flight gets cancelled and apparently this is the best American Airlines can do 😒 guess theres 2 towers, however how is there no A/C and no dinner? Customer service sucks as well. Overall, not happy.

Perfect place to stay after arriving on a late flight from the US. The hotel is very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good and all of the staff were very courteous. I recommend using WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel, they were very responsive and in our case very flexible in arranging pick up at airport. Our flight was over 4 hours delayed and arrived in Medellin at 2AM but the hotel staff were on top of this and still promptly sent the shuttle to pick us up at the airport.

What you get for the price is totally worth it. Great budget option with very friendly staff - especially to us foreigners - and a great (free) breakfast. Heads up: The beds are very stiff. Great overnight airport stay.

Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms, decent breakfast and dishes etc. Only real issues I had were with the water; took minutes to get the shower to run warm and even then the pressure was modest. But over decent value and excellent for the International airport. (Travel time into Medellin about 30 mins by car)

The staff were very professional and friendly even though we couldn't understand each. The room was clean and so was the entire place.

I stayed here during a stopover. This is a very clean hotel and the staff has been nothing but respectful and kind. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone considering to visit Medellin.

Great airport hotel with really nice service and breakfast. No air conditioning (not needed when I was there) and my room opened up to the roof where men were working so ask for a room located elsewhete!

over 90 mins waiting for the shuttle, 7 calls, voice mail and no answer, taxi or Uber wont take you to such a short distance, had to walk to the hotel. Terrible service. All other hotels shuttles run regularly, this one only on calls but they dont answer the phone, NEVER AGAIN

It was my first time in Columbia. Well my first time out of the country. They were super nice. Very accommodating and just wonderful. I could not have asked for a better staff or a more welcoming place to stay. I will definitely recommend them for a visit. And I will be staying again.

The hotel and the room is so clean and the furniture are new. the best part is hotel's shuffle to airport, it's a life saver when you have flight at midnight

Great place, amazing service and beds. The price is as cheap as it can get and also it has a resturant stuck to the hotel, it has a shuttle that takes you and your baggage to the airport.

Excellent little boutique style hotel with great views, restaurants across the street and within a short walk. The rooms with a Jacuzzi are especially awesome. The bar serves a variety of beers and alcohol. Breakfast is very impressive. If you're flying into Medellin, this is about 5 minutes from the airport, and a great place to stop over to rest and relax.

The hotel is essentially at the entrance to the Medellin Airport. The people who work there are exceptionally friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the room was clean, simple and tastefully decorated with a nice view. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

American Airlines canceled our flight, which seems like a common thing here, and apparently this is their hotel of choice for angry customers…. lol The place is clean, and the staff was friendly. It’s a little bit old looking, and it lacks air conditioning or a fan. Breakfast was included, and it was very good. Coffee is weak……but as a Colombian, I know it’s that way here. They export the best coffee…I think as a Colombian living in the USA for most of my life, we are spoiled with the great coffee selection we have there.
