My experience was very Good With Dr. Charles, He Was Willing too help me when other doctors would not have, Also he’s Very Intelligent and Understands what needs to be done and cares about you and your health!!! He’s A Great Listener and he is very easy to talk too!! Also the Staff is Great!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!

The receptionist should get 5 stars, she was great! The MA was impatient and you could tell she did not want to be working on a Saturday. But that wasn’t the surprising part, what surprised us was the fact that they couldn’t provide the needed services. After seating us in the treatment room which held numerous machines, IV poles and even a bag that read “IV bags” on the side of it. The on duty PA told us that IV fluids could not be given because there wasn’t a nurse working that day, but we could go to the ER to get some. But wait, isn't that the whole point of going to the urgent care - to keep the ER open for emergencies? When you look on Revere Health’s website it says the urgent care is … “for illnesses requiring immediate care, but not serious enough for the ER.” So does this only apply on the days a nurse is working or available in the building? We were also told we could go to the IHC urgent care because they have a nurse on staff. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. I guess we’ll take them up on their suggestion and try IHC if we have any urgent care needs in the future.

We came here to get stitches for my daughter after she fell and her chin was cut open. They were able to call her back quickly. My daughter was very anxious and everyone helped her be comfortable. She even said after it was all done that she liked the doctor and she was able to talk to him. We felt like they went the extra mile and were very happy we came to this location.

Katie the lady who helps you with setting up a appointment after is amazing! Honestly very nice to have someone who just feels like they want to help you. Give that girl a raise!

My daughter was not feeling good, so we just went to urgent care. Everyone was friendly we only had to wait around 2 minutes, I love that fact. The nurse came in very friendly and the physician came right after we didn’t have to wait. He make sure all our questions were answered and he did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back if I ever need to. It was way better then our regular Doctor

The people who work here are very nice and helpful, but a THREE HOUR wait to get stitches is a little ridiculous.

Their urgent care was very fast, PA and nursing staff were friendly and explained things well, front desk / check in experience is always fast and easy. I really like Revere but was impressed with the Salem location in particular, this was my first time here. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to this Doctor. I waited almost an hour past my appointment time. I felt the MA was trying to practice outside his realm of qualifications. The Doctor was pleasant but I didn't feel my needs were met. Prescriptions for my wife were either not sent by the Doctor office or the pharmacy list them so we had to wait 2 days before getting medication.

I was at Salem urgent care Friday 02/03/23 & received good care, however, I called today to confirm if I am able to take two medications (antibiotics with a medication I am always on) together for the safety of my health and life. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes then when the receptionist came back she told me she forgot what we were talking about and what I needed, after telling her again I needed confirmation from the prescribing doctor, if I can take them together or not she told me that everyone in urgent care is too busy to talk to me and told me to contact a different urgent care, I called the different urgent care and they told me that I have to speak with the prescribing Dr & they have no clue why she would send me to somewhere else. Horrible receptionist. & to tell me they are too busy for a patient that’s life could be at risk is even more horrible & completely unacceptable.

Amazing care! Short wait times. Great staff. Great atmosphere and caring bedside manner.
