The
receptionist
should
get
5
stars,
she
was
great!
The
MA
was
impatient
and
you
could
tell
she
did
not
want
to
be
working
on
a
Saturday.
But
that
wasn’t
the
surprising
part,
what
surprised
us
was
the
fact
that
they
couldn’t
provide
the
needed
services.
After
seating
us
in
the
treatment
room
which
held
numerous
machines,
IV
poles
and
even
a
bag
that
read
“IV
bags”
on
the
side
of
it.
The
on
duty
PA
told
us
that
IV
fluids
could
not
be
given
because
there
wasn’t
a
nurse
working
that
day,
but
we
could
go
to
the
ER
to
get
some.
But
wait,
isn't
that
the
whole
point
of
going
to
the
urgent
care
-
to
keep
the
ER
open
for
emergencies?
When
you
look
on
Revere
Health’s
website
it
says
the
urgent
care
is
…
“for
illnesses
requiring
immediate
care,
but
not
serious
enough
for
the
ER.”
So
does
this
only
apply
on
the
days
a
nurse
is
working
or
available
in
the
building?
We
were
also
told
we
could
go
to
the
IHC
urgent
care
because
they
have
a
nurse
on
staff.
Overall
it
was
a
pretty
disappointing
experience.
I
guess
we’ll
take
them
up
on
their
suggestion
and
try
IHC
if
we
have
any
urgent
care
needs
in
the
future.
