The poor customer service in some of the stores here does this otherwise great retail park a huge disservice. JD Sports and Sport Direct have some of the worst / lowest rated customer service that I also personally experienced. Outside of that, in terms of useful stores, this is one of the best retail parks in Manchester. The Sainsbury's, JD Gyms and bargain stores like Home Bargains and Poundland are the highlight of this retail park. It would be perfect if it had a post office within it. The parking timer is up to 3 hours and there are a wide range of essential stores around to keep you busy.

Great place. Loads of parking spaces. We often go here for the large Sainsburys store but there is a variety of other stores such as Sports Direct, Costa Coffee, Pets At Home, T K Max amongst others.

There is a 24/7 Sainsbury’s petrol station with jet wash here. Sainsbury’s superstore supermarket (including InPost locker, Argos and Timpson) is at the edge. TKMaxx (Amazon’s locker is outside at the corner), Boots (including pharmacy), Home Bargains and Poundland are next to each other, Pets at Home, Sports Directs, JD Sports and Gyms, Costa Coffee, Cancer Research UK, and Children's Air Ambulance are on the list of retailers. There are lots of parking spaces available. The maximum stay is 3 hours and it is free of charge. There are no height restrictions and disabled spaces are available. Regent Road is the main route in and out of Manchester city centre. The retail park is open Monday through Sunday. It is located on the border of Salford and Manchester. There is cash machine nearby. My favourites retail stores are TKMaxx, Home Bargains and Sainsbury’s/Argos. The retail park is pretty close to where I live. Normally, I either walked or drove there depending on the weather. Hotel Campanile with parking is located at the end of the Regent Road near/opposite the Sainsbury’s petrol station. There is no fast food or restaurant here however KFC and McDonald's are opposite the retail park.

Decent retail park with plenty of places to shop at along with parking however it can get very busy with cars around rush hour!

Just had a look around for last minute Christmas stocking fillers, could do with a few more shops there but was ok especially for clothes as I went into JD shop and looked good value

I specifically visited Boots at the Regent Retail Park. However, I've been to this particular retail park many times and found that they have a good selection of shops. Also, not too far from the city cenre either. The only thing I don't like about this particular retail park are the slightly small parking spaces. Other than that it's worth a visit.

The shops are complimentary with a range of items. However traffic in and out has to done with care and patience as the Regents road is always busy with feeder roads tend to be full of traffic.

If I could give no stars I would. We went on a Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago. Got there a bit early before the traffic got busy but the shops hadn't opened so we went for a coffee at Costa. It was really bust and took nearly 29 mins to get served. Once we got out (spent around an hour in there total) we did some Christmas shopping. We went in the majority of the shops there and had a really good shop. Jump to last week and we received a letter in the post saying that we were being charged £90 as we had "over stayed" in the car park by 23 minutes and the limit was 3 hours only!!! We were Christmas shopping!!!!! It takes longer than 3 hours!!!!! We have visited previously a couple of years ago, and it seems that in the past year or so Euro Car parks who own the land have introduced ANPR cameras to monitor you and con as much money as they can out of you. Absolutely disgusted and will not be going back. I wonder if the shops there have noticed a drop in their sales due to people avoiding the area??? My advice is to avoid the place completely!!!!

During my recent visit to the shopping center, I requested a taxi service but was disappointed with the service I received. Despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, no taxi was available, and I was left stranded. In my opinion, the shopping center should consider implementing a dedicated taxi service for its customers. This would help ensure that there are always taxis available for those who need them, even during peak hours. A dedicated taxi service could be an excellent addition to the shopping center's offerings, as it would provide customers with a convenient and reliable transportation option. It would also enhance the overall shopping experience by providing an additional level of convenience and accessibility.

Good retail park as close go Manchester city centre as you can get. Plenty of parking and a number of well know stores including a supermarket, cafe gym and even a small petrol station.

The folks who work in Sainsbury were so helpful AND friendly . Thank you for making what could have been a stressful excursion, pleasant. Great to have the vegan and glutenfree options too!

Went quite late on a Saturday but from what I could see there was quite a decent range of shops, including a Pets at Home (might have popped in and looked at the animals after doing the weekly shop)

It’s a massive supermarket selling pretty much everything you will need from food, home essentials, cloths, and much much more. There is plenty parking and petrol station if you need to fill up

We visited to buy a meal deal on this occasion. Plenty of choice and a well stocked chiller. Some of the sandwiches looked delicious with plenty of new fillings. The shop was clean not too busy and well staffed. The self checkout staff were very helpful

Primarily visit Regent Park to go to JD gyms, but it's very convenient that I can also pop to the shops around for anything else that I need. Has a good selection of stores from boots, sainsburys, pets at home, sports direct and home bargains.

Always busy car park. Hard to get space on weekends and nice sunny days. Dreamland is not worth for the price, very expensive and only suitable to toddlers.

It has two big charity shops, though one has a much better selection of dvds and books.

Love the choice of shops here. The huge charity shops pound shops and a regular supermarket. What a fabulous combination for a balanced shopping experience.

Buy a rat from pets at home, take him next door to buy him food from home bargains, then next door to buy him some snazzy kicks. And there's always superdrug so you can get him some hair product to give him a quiff. What more could you ever want all in one place?!

Very busy. But easy to find a space. The sign that shows when u arrived in car dose not work. Only other thing that let’s the car park down are the people using it. Went to Sainsbury’s so no idea what rest of place is like as only used it to stop at Sainsbury’s

  • 4/5 Omar S. 1 year ago on Google
Traffic was heavy but managed well with multiple entrances. There was an issue with a Sainsbury's delivery truck blocking one entrance, essentially, but I assume that was temporary.

😠 Don't bother! So many empty units and vast oceans of nothingness. The only things that are full are the multitude of buckets for the leaking roof! So much potential wasted.
