Couldn’t fault it really…. Certainly one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been in for a long while. Claimed a free coffee, 99p Big Mac offer and £1.59 for a large portion of fries. It’s well worth having the McDonald’s app for some great deals. Fast service, efficient friendly staff

Mc Donald's? 🤔 This was SUBWAYS on the opposite side of the road. I stopped going to McDonald's when they became less personal service by installing their touch screen self ordering card payment systems.......... SUBWAY opposite 5 star all the way .Busy high street shopping no parking.

Salisbury McDonalds. The second time that a McDonalds has got my order wrong, however it was reasonably busy. The excellent staff member & Manager very quickly resolved the mistake. Very apologetic staff for the error. Luckily I am not allergic to mustard, I just hate it & there was no ketchup. But as I say grateful that it was solved quickly with a fresh burger. Thank you

Ive started using the city centre McDonald's because the McDonald's at peters finger is terrible. I am really happy with the food and service provided at this McDonald's. My order is always correct (because I customise it and that can be an issue), hot and I don't have to wait long. They are always SO busy when I go but they run so well and efficiently that I had to give them a good review. 10/10 would recommend city centre McDonald's.

Absolutely useless. Last 3 orders have had items missing. You have 1 easy job. PUT THE ITEMS INTO A BAG. it’s not difficult yet you fail. Useless

While we were having our meal at 7 pm on 11/07/2023, cleaning staff was cleaning the floor & change the garbage bag, which is very near to us. We felt very bad, as it's a closed space. Therefore, we just put the leftover food to bin & go away. This is our first time in our life , we experienced this type of things,which we never expect especially from the UK. At least they can clean after few minutes, as time was 7 pm not 10 pm. However, food & service was very good & satisfied.

Our order came out completely wrong I told them the woman questioned me as she didn't believe me I showed her my receipt which luckily I kept she went to get our order and again came back with the wrong stuff, at this point my children were starting go get upset with the long wait, when she finally came back with our order it was Stone cold and bloody horrible! Will not be rushing back her anytime soon.
