Magen was phenomenal with my 7 year old daughter. Had her ears pierced yesterday and magen was so calm and relaxed with her. Answered every question my daughter had. My daughter has wanted her ears pierced for forever, but I was almost certain she wouldn't go through with it. Magen went above and beyond to make her comfortable.

I was supposed to review when I got the piercing but I’m a firm believer on continued customer service and I love them! I explained my past piercing experiences to Meg and she completely remedied every single thing I could have thought. She’s beyond friendly to the point I didn’t even feel my piercing nor did I care how much it cost because just her alone was so amazing. As somehow who’s from 500 miles away but still only goes to one place for everything, GO! ASAP! The only people I trust to do my piercings. I’ve been to them for my past 5 piercings. (Yesterday I came for a new cartilage and returned the same day for my 3rd lobe). Megan is wonderful, so welcoming, and makes sure you know exactly what is going on throughout the entire process. All around amazing human which definitely makes someone want to be a regular. I just got my nose pierced here and I absolutely love it!!!! I truly appreciate the womann magen who pierced me she did a fantastic job!!! I plan to come back when I need a new hole in my face I was super happy with how nice she was and how easy and quick this was. I most definitely will be back very soon as today was my first time here and I'm super impressed with everything!!!! I love my new piercing I can't wait to come back here for a new holes in my face and some new tattoos!!!

I took my daughter for an industrial piercing a few weeks ago. I do not remember the piercing artist's name (I think it was something like Megan) but she was amazing. She went above and beyond making sure my kid was as comfortable as can be. The space is surgery room clean and smells like sterile (can't describe it any other way) I highly recommend this location and will be back to get own done.

I came in with an hour left before the shop closed. I know this was frustrating for the piercer but she still did my septum piercing. She was pain free and quick.

Waited 45 minutes on an early Saturday (12:00 noon) drop in just for a response on whether or not they had time for us. Waited another 20 minutes to get my design back after asking two different staffers. The man in front of us said he’d been waiting about the same for his appointment. Maybe just a bad day for them but I won’t be back
